May 03,2024Used to send great clothes, but now it's all junk and none of it is my style. No idea what changed in their process. I want to cancel but have to WAIT until after I receive a giant box of clothes I don't want, and send it all back to them. Waste of time. You should be able to cancel a whole box before they send it.

It has been a very good combination because I have received items I really love, but would probably not have picked off a rack in the store
