Apr 25,2024I liked the clothes chosen for me and most fit. After a few boxes I really did not need another box and wasn't sure when I would. However, you're not given an option to just choose when you want another box . My only option was to cancel. With an email it was taken care of within a day but why would you not allow us to decide when we want a box and not have to choose one of your options or skipping a box. Which I dont want because I dont want to forget that I may end up with a box that I did not want at that time. I would think that would be a better business plan.

Apr 24,2024I’ve done over 100 Stitch Fixes and Daily Look is bar far the superior subscription. More items, less duplicates, trendy but still in my style profile, the quality is better and the personal stylist communicates between mailings and asks questions on a per is al level to ensure I’m getting the best service and my needs are met. It’s a more personable quality experience over all.

Apr 24,2024I love getting a box every month. It’s the easiest process to try on at home with your own shoes and everything dropping off the box with the mailing label at the mail. Store is easy as well.

Apr 22,2024They make it impossible to cancel the subscription. Never subscribing again. I understand that I can't cancel until they receive my returned clothing, totally fair (although there are ways to let someone cancel before the return is received, and just automate the cancellation once received!) Though I don't understand why I can't just press a button to cancel. Instead, I have to select how many months I want to cancel for (there is no option for "permanent" - only up to 12 months!!!) and I now have to wait 3 business days for someone to call me to "officially" cancel it. That's extremely difficult for a professional with a day job, on multiple calls a day. There's a good chance I'll miss that call. Never subscribing again.

Apr 22,2024I kept only three items from this box. This is only my second box so maybe it will get better. I thought it odd that this box was more wintery than Springtimeish. My stylist may not have paid as much attention to my suggestions from the first one. I didn’t want off the shoulder, i want sleeves on all tops or dresses. I’m tall so inseam’s need to be 33+. Maybe my body type is just not for this kinda thing. However, two of the three items I kept I love.

Apr 21,2024My boxes just keep getting better! The more feedback I leave for my stylist, the better the selections! It can get pricey so just be upfront about what your budget is and I’m sure they’ll find an amazing selection that works. I plan to use this app for probably the rest of the year while I continue to build my wardrobe and figure out what styles I like and how to work with my body shape.
