Apr 11,2024Very expensive, and you get charged a styling fee if you are not satisfied. They do not listen to your feedback. My second box had items totaling almost $1,000. Styles I could easily get from Marshalls, TJ MAXX, and even Macy's for a fraction of the cost. No, Thank you. Hard pass.

Apr 09,2024My first box was good. My second one was horrible! $40 for a styling fee in which the stylist appeared not to attend to my feedback is super high. No acknowledgment from the company for such a poor box. They do not appear to care if they lose customers. My experience with Stitchfix customer service has been more desirable. Updated: Dailylook followed up on my experience and have generously refunded my styling fee. I appreciate this gesture and strongly urge them to consider a stylingnfee credit or a new box at no additional charge when the box sent is so off the mark.

Apr 14,2024My stylist listens to my feedback and does a great job of putting together pieces that compliment one another in color and style. She also selects pieces that stretch my style boundaries as I might not chose them for myself otherwise. It’s been fun trying on different pieces. Not all of them fit me perfectly due to variations in sizing and cuts but it’s nice to experiment and get creative with outfits in the privacy of my own home. I have kept several different pieces. Some I have been admiring from afar and others I hadn’t even thought to try on myself.
