From ordering my Lee filter kit and been on pre order, there was totally good communication back and forth with email updates and a follow-up on the despatch of the items for delivery when and what date it was receiving. Also DPD update with a 1 hour slot for delivery Awesome Thanks Guys .

I wanted to buy a filter set and Dale was marginally the cheapest. I know they have been around for many years so have stood the test of time and seem a professional firm, although I had not shopped with them before. I ordered online and was able to see the item was in stock, which was easy, and the parcel arrived within the time specified. The goods were what I ordered and very well packaged. During the post-order processing, I was kept informed by email of progress with the order and delivery, so I knew what was happening. Overall, I was very happy with the service received and the reasonable price for the item.

The item I ordered was not in stock, but I was advised there would be a three week wait, After three weeks I checked and it was still waiting from the suppliers. Upon chasing, I was assured that they would check with the suppliers immediately and a few days later recieved the item. So, prompt service and my email was answered almost immediately, so pleased with the service and the price was competitive.
