Dec 06,2018This is just a quick message to my fellow photographers, if you are in the marketplace, for anything connected with photography, or associated accessories, do yourself a favour, and contact the guy's at Dale Photographic, I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new Canon Len's from them, however at the time of placing the order, the Lens was unfortunately out of stock, during the period awaiting delivery, I received regular updates, in my opinion this was far beyond my expectations. Therefore on the basis of my experience as a customer, I would have no hesitation in recommending Dale Photographic, and look forward to doing further business with them in the future. In todays society, too many people are keen to criticise, but reluctant too praise, so on this occasion I am happy to report that praise, is well and truly justified.

Dec 06,2018I was waiting for some sweet deals on Black Friday for the Fujifilm X-T3 and 2 lenses and found the best offers at Dale Photographic. So, I have purchased the X-T3, the vertical grip along with the 23mm 1.4 and the 56mm 1.2. Cheaper than the other competitors. However, from all of these products only 1 lens was in stock. Probably because of the Black Friday and high demand. Took 1 week to get all my gear but there was no rush. There was also a small glitch at the checkout. When I have purchased the X-T3 along with the grip, the £100 discount for the grip when you buy it with the X-T3 didn't come off, so I've paid the full price for the grip. I've contacted them and they have refunded me £100. Hope they've fixed the glitch, so others don't have the same issue as I had. Really happy with my purchase and with Dale's quality service. Gonna buy more in the future.

Dec 07,2018Dale Photographic were fine, keenly priced and proceed the order very promptly. Packaging was a little amateurish (waaaay too much tape) and the DPD pickup service was a real pain, with inconsistent requirements for picking up the package and a really unhelpful "Well it's in the small print of the terms and conditions" when arguing about what kind of photo ID is required. I'll use Dale again and would recommend them but would press them to try a better shipping firm.
