Mar 16,2021I have been a photographer for over thirty years now, and yes I was the photographer who had every bit of kit. I've bought a lot online and now I've gone back to bricks and morter, whilst I appreciate not everyone can afford the little extra... But just let me explain what that little extra gets me. When the X100 came out, I saved and bought one from Dale's... Two weeks later something broke and I took it back. No hassle, no waiting.. just a straight refund. Fast forward to this month and I saw a 1D IV for sale on their website, I had always promised myself one, yes I appreciate it old tech, and I bought it and went and picked it up. Just like that, oh and I was told that if there was an issue just to pick up the phone and "Thank you for buying from us" I have waffled on a bit, but I hope you get my point. If I want printer paper I by it from the cheapest place, now if I want something expensive then I go to somewhere that will look after me. If you can afford that little bit extra then try Dales. P.S Most often. that little bit extra is actually the same price as everywhere else.
