Oct 10,2019Bought a 2019 Specialized Rockhopper online. Excellent communication from the off and the bike was delivered on the day I was advised it would. Very little to do out of the box, attach handlebars, front wheel and seat post. Special mention for Krister who was incredibly helpful before and after sale.

I made the mistake of missing off part of my address line and a very friendly man phoned me up almost immediately to get this sorted. The bike arrived exactly when they said it would, and was a breeze to set up (just as the guy on the phone said it would be).
