Great help and support at the start but when the debtor paid the invoice amount this made me liable for the fees ( which I knew about) only problem is once they have Darcy Quigley had their fees what’s their incentive to peruse the rest of the money? My concerns we confirmed last week when I received an email saying they were dropping the case. I’ve since tried contacting them three times but to no avail. At least I have my money from my customer just minus their 20%.

Brilliant communication from the entire team and my overdue invoices were paid within 2 working days. I was a little sceptical because I've never had to use a company like this before, but they explained the entire process and kept me updated throughout. The fees weren't anywhere near as much as I was expecting and really happy with the outcome.
