Pamela then contacted me started the process and in 3 days I received a third of my balance I can not stress the ease in having them take over the debt I was chasing for 7 months. I looked online and downloaded the details that i would sit down and read later... a short time after (about an hour) i was called by Joseph and he just told me what they done and the costs. Nov 22,2023It was good that we were kept up to date with progress. A little disappointed that we were able to contact them after Darcey Quigley thought they were a dodgey company. The debtor was taken back on and payment was eventually made. It was kept for over a week before being forwarded on to us. Which I am not sure the reason for this, except that a small amount of interest would be earned.

Nov 21,2023I engaged Darcey Quigley to collect the overdue debt of a collector, letting them know that we had contacted the debtor and received a response that there is no money available now. All Darcy Quigley did was call them and tell us that there was no money to be collected at this point. They didn't do any follow-up to see If the response from the debtor was true. When I asked if they saw bank statements, the response simply was that they couldn't collect the money. In other words, they did nothing except collect a fee and send out a letter
