We had a customer who was avoiding paying his bills to us. We passed his account over to the team at Darcey Quigley for collection. They collected the full amount, plus fees and compensation, within 10 days. Excellent service. They were very professional and kept us informed at all stages of the collection. Louise was fantastic and helped me understand the whole process. I got in touch on behalf of a client of mine who was owed a large amount. We have been dealing with Darcey Quigley for around 18 months now. During the course of which we have passed over around ten to twelve cases. We are pleased to confirm that every one of these have been recovered now, with Darcey Quigley being successful in recovering around 85-90% of late payment charges and interest which has kept our costs to a minimum. We are absolutely delighted with the service that is provided and the staff within the Debt Recovery Agent are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and again a pleasure to work with. We cannot recommend Lynne and her team highly enough.

As a company we have used Darcey Quigley & Co the whole time I've been with company (8 years) and couldn't ask for a better service. Other than one time where bailiffs had to get involved they've always managed to recover a debt or arrange a payment plan. On top of that if we require advice they always come up with options or point us in the right direction and have even passed on their details to customers who are having debt troubles.

Darcey Quigley helped us with a bad debt who was avoiding all communication and have arranged a repayment plan with the debtors solicitors. They have also provided honest advice on other debts, even when saying that we should try alternative avenues and have always given professional service. We have tried other collection companies in the past with very poor results and service and happy to say that we have finally found someone that we can trust to do a good job. I would definitely recommend DQ to anyone looking for help with debt recovery.

I passed an Italian doubtful debt to Darcey Quigley that our Italian office had been trying to collect for 6 months. In less than 4 weeks they collected the principal debt in full and are currently engaging the customer to recover interest and costs. I will 100% use them again.
