Mar 12,2024Beacan and Rhys (Australian Shepherds) have been on their Darwin raw diet for the last 5 years. An incredible difference in all aspects of canine health: coat, skin, muscle, teeth, as compared to our earlier canine companions, that existed on conventional “High Quality” dry food. Both are exceptionally physically fit and mentally balanced. A Darwin’s’ customer here forward.

Mar 12,2024Darwin's used to send me tracking information once the shipment was sent out to us. That doesn't happen anymore and I am often unsure when their food would be dropped off.

Mar 12,2024We've been using Darwin's Natural Pet Products for several years for our cats and dogs. We were originally instructed to feed raw by the breeder for our first kitten - a Balinese. At the time we purchased expensive, organic, grain-free food from a local pet boutique. Once we switched to Darwin's, we saw a high improvement in our pup's health and coats. Amazing! The kitten started our on Darwin's and we have since adopted three more cats. The most dramatic change was a scrawny two-year old with a rough long coat. Within a few months of eating Darwin's, his coat was soft and full (as well as his body). Very dramatic change!! He even won Mr. August in the Darwin's 2023 pet calendar!! Our pups have since passed (they were older at the time - I feel Darwin's gave them additional years) but our cat continue to enjoy their meals! :)

Mar 12,2024We have been feeding Darwin's since the early 2000s to several generations of dogs. The quality is consistently high. The website is easy to navigate, particularly for adjusting our monthly subscription order. We have recommended Darwin's to several friends and training students, and they are now also loyal Darwin's customers.

Mar 12,2024The packaging has gone downhill completely. Almost 1 of every 4 pack is brown vs red now. And the packs tear so easily causing spills/leaks even when you're careful with the perforation My dog doesn’t like the food anymore. She used to get so excited

Mar 12,2024In my last phone-call experience, I received the usual professional and friendly service, but sadly, it was to inform Darwin that our beloved, Samson GSD had passed away and therefore we needed to cancel our next scheduled order. That was taken care of by the friendly phone rep, whose condolences over our loss was deeply appreciated. Having some left over Darwin meals, we're passing those on to family members who have dogs. So, you may be getting new customers among them.

Mar 12,2024The quality of the food is great (this is my second dog who arrived with challenging digestive issues that completely resolved on a raw diet. I've been a customer for many years). Except for rare occasions, the shipments show up on time and the food is still frozen. Site is easy to use to change orders if needed; and customer service is fabulous if you ever need to call in. Winner all the way around!
