I have been giving my dogs Darwins's food for years. I credit raw food my previous dog's perfect health. He got sick when he got old.Otherwise for 11 years he lived a perfect happy life. Now, I have 2 puppies, I am giving them Darwin's from day 1. Healthy diet is more expensive but the best investment we can do to save on vet bills and to keep our pups happy and healthy. I love Darwin's.

We have been feeding Biologics to our dogs for 6 years. Great food and affordable. In fact without Biologics we would not be able to afford raw feeding. Dogs are in great shape and we get compliments all the time about how good they look.

Consistent shipping delays over the months ever since they switched to their current carrier, GLS-US, has deemed it necessary to consider sourcing food elsewhere. Delivery was to appear at my home on 12/03/2024 but they didn't buzz my apartment and called it a 'security gate'. Re-delivery scheduled and exactly the same thing happens. There is absolutely no way to contact this carrier that is effective. Nobody reached out at all, I've even got unanswered emails to Darwin's. We decided to cancel when we saw the re-delivery notices in email this morning. Replay of last month. Can't imagine how that raw meat smells today. Disappointing as we were customers for over a decade, every month. Genuinely sorry to see this happen.

From the moment I opened the bag, I was greeted with an enticing aroma that made Whiskers’ ears perk up. The ingredients are clearly top-notch, featuring real chicken and no fillers, which I absolutely appreciate as a pet owner. She’s more playful and even more affectionate! The best part? I no longer have to worry about her digestive issues that plagued her with other brands. It’s been a joy to see Whiskers thrive!

Have a cat with IBD - one of the common symptoms is GI inflammation. The bone pieces, bone shards, cartilage pieces along with the many tendons and ligaments is waaaay too much to deal with AND risks throat injury and GI inflammation. I have to remove all these pieces before I feed him which is extremely time consuming. I'm shocked that your customer service considers your food 'fine' grind - there is no way this food is considered fine. Additionally I've made the mistake of putting these hard pieces down the garbage disposal - now the garbage disposal is complaining because it's not breaking down these pieces and now I have to fish them out before I damage my disposal. Too bad, my cat loves your turkey but there should be a warning on your website and labels indicating the risk of injury and NOT TO COOK THE FOOD because that is more problematic when bones are involved. Very disappointed with my first and last experience with your company.

Late again!!!! Ugh!!! Food was ordered the 30th. They apparently are closed in Texas on Fridays. Then because they don't plan for sh!t. Labor day pushed back my pups food from the 2nd to the 6th. It's one day ship. It should have been here today the 4th at the latest. I gave them another chance. No more. Edit and update: They say its because of the holiday. Guess what they got paid on time. The holiday was Monday the 2nd. It's one day shipping. Today is the 6th and I just got a notification from UPS that they did not recieve the package!!!! It's excuse after excuse from Darwins. Our pup is picky AF. So we make sure to order extra due to Darwins horrible delivery issues and excuses. But we still manage to run out. $400 a month for our dog food! But they still can't get it right. Email. No email stating it won't be arriving during to holiday. Even with the holiday. Why the hell has it taken you all 4 days to get it 1.5hrs away from Houston?

I will never feed my dogs anything but this! Within 30 days of switching over, fur is super soft, energy galore, eyes super bright and the teeth....wow!!!! Well worth the price.

What a great company with quality product. We recently lost our sweet boy but after getting cancer Darwin's Raw food gave him an amazing quality of life. We were blessed with more time and I told Stephanie that we are convinced it's because we changed his food to Darwin. Thank you for your heart and quality supporting our pets. 💕🐾

At first I really liked Darwin’s and my dog seemed to like it too. Unfortunately out of only 3 orders (the first one being discontinued as a new member) they failed to deliver my dogs food on my 3rd order. We spent around $175 for no food?? Not what i’m looking for. I emailed them and 3 times with no response. So after requesting another form for them to contact me about my order they simply wrote this “Thank you for reaching out to us about your orders, and I hope your day is going well. Looking into order 2085569 which shipped on Wednesday 4/3 it shows delivered with FedEx tracking: 272945993029 on Friday 4/5. Please let me know if I can assist you further.” I looked up the tracking number and it did show that it had delivered but we never received it. The “proof of delivery” photo was nothing but a blurry picture. I emailed a screenshot to the person that had sent me the email above and requested a refund. This is the response I received back “After investigating order 2085569 has been confirmed delivered with the carrier, and unfortunately the refund request is denied. As a 1x courtesy I can offer to replace the order you stated not receiving for shipping next week, if you confirm you would like the order.” A COURTESY?? As if I was the one that made the problem. However, I accepted this as I wanted to continue to feed my dog raw food and I have already paid for the food. The lady told me she would send me a tracking number for the food when it was shipped, that never came. She said it was to be delivered today, Wednesday April 24th, 2024. But nothing was delivered to my door (which is where the previous orders had been delivered). So I had to go scouring around my complex to see where it was. I found it sitting in the corner of the mail room where anyone could have taken it and no notification that it had been delivered. Nevertheless, I was happy to finally have raw food to feed my dog again. That is until I opened the package. All my previous orders have been for BEEF and TURKEY as my dog is allergic to chicken. I open the box and find 5 packs of CHICKEN and 5 TURKEY. This is absolutely ridiculous. If i’m going to pay almost $200 for my dogs food it’s going to be correct. I have emailed them but they will not open again until tomorrow. PLUS this also happened to a friend that orders through Darwin’s, they also messed up her order and gave her chicken and her dogs are allergic as well. I will be fighting for a refund and will update this review as things happen. Long story short, don’t order from Darwin’s!!!

Derby loves his food! He has shown signs of GI issues from time to time but never after eating Darwin's.

While I love the premise of Darwin and continue to purchase Feline Turkey and Feline Kidney Support on a regular basis, since the Covid-19 pandemic, we have had trouble with the Feline Kidney Support. There are batches that our cat loves and others that we struggle to get him to eat. This is a prescription-only product and therefore we would very much appreciate Darwin performing a quality control check.

We’ve been feeding our cats Darwin’s for over 10 years now…and before that it was still raw food. Lady Grey our first cat is now 21 years young 😻 Thanks to Darwin’s, our love and fresh air she is a very healthy, sassy little cat 😍

I’ve been a steadfast customer for 9 years. My 55 lb doodle had a sensitive digestive system and raw food was the solution that worked like a charm. Even with mid-grade hip dysplasia and the onset of typical old age health issues, he lived to be 16, taking walks and going to our neighborhood park until the end. I attribute his overall health and slow decline to Darwin’s. Dogs and cats have accepted kibble as food but they have evolved eating Raw food. Raw just makes so much sense. I’ve known many dogs that accept the kibble they’re fed without interest yet when allowed a taste of raw they perk right up and look for more. Darwin’s is reliable and convenient, with great customer service and an easy to use website. My two small dogs eat Darwin’s and are thriving, have beautiful coats and no stomach issues. We’re a very satisfied Darwin’s household!

For four years now, our experience with Darwin's has been excellent! We automatically recieve fresh raw, organic dog food for our pup each month, mixed with organic veggies, so we trust the meat and ingredients to be clean and toxic free, and our pup loves and thrives on this food! When he was younger we lightly cooked the food in a pan, but now we just feed it to him chilled after a night in the fridge. We order both the Natural Selections Beef and Turkey options. We've never had an issue with recieving the orders- and even when the shipping company had a slight issue one time, Darwin's made everything right with no fuss. We would highly recommend this food and service to anyone!

We've tried other foods and other raw foods - NONE compare to Darwin's. We know this bc we have 2 older cats, one that has immune issues, and no matter what food or which supplements we give him, he only improves when we feed him Darwin's. If you want your baby, esp your older baby, to thrive - BUY THIS FOOD!!!

Our best girl loves this food. It keeps her at a healthy weight and in great shape. Customer service is quick, responsive and helpful. When we switched to Darwin's it took a little time to get our girls intake just right and how much and when to have her food arrive and they were always helpful and understanding of the process. Thank you!
