Mar 12,20242 years of receiving food for our 2 cats. Every delivery has been on time. Every package has come sealed and frozen solid. The few times I have contacted customer service I was treated very well. We receive 6 lbs of turkey and chicken each, every 20 to 25 days. We adjust the orders as needed without any issues. Our bengal and oriental have grown and have been very healthy.

Mar 12,2024I feed my three big dogs several different brands of frozen patties at different times. Darwins is in that rotation. I think it is a fabulous product. It has SO much moisture. I can see the bits of veggies. The patties do not get as mushy as some of the other brands. That is a plus to me. I like the individual packaging and find it easy to use. Darwins is definitely the best of the raw food that I feed.

Mar 12,2024Love the product. It has made a real difference in my dog's health and energy. My dog loves it as well and never misses a meal. Unfortunately, the packages frequently are not sealed which causes the meat to turn grey. It also means the packets leak which is not fun to clean up.

Mar 12,2024I trust Darwin’s to provide the highest quality food for my pups. Harry is 12 1/2 and Cosmo is 11, and when people see these two beautiful guys they cannot believe their ages. I tell them they are strong and healthy because of their diet. Thank you, Darwin’s, for not compromising your product.

Mar 12,2024I have fed Darwin's Natural Selections cat food for over a decade and have always been happy with its quality, proper packaging for shipping, and palatability (according to my cats). The only issue I have with the food is the size of the bone shards, which I have to sift out with my fingers as both my cats have inflammatory bowel disease and impaired digestion and G.I. function (as many cats on a raw diet suffer from). I have talked to Darwin's before about the size of their grind and it has been adjusted over the years, but my two cats still have an issue with vomiting up these small bone shards. I have tried a number of different raw foods but still feed Darwin's in rotation with other foods.

I would like to be notified (by phone contact, answer machine voice message or e-mail) the day my order will be delivered so as not to be out for the day, which in the past has resulted in some issues with compromised product. I have also been a big fan and constantly advised others of the positive aspects of Darwin's raw diet for our kitties health and longevity.

My pupper is very picky and finicky about any food , to make it worse he got a very sensitive stomach too, so far this is the only food he accepts and agrees readily! We highly recommend this wonderful product to anyone considering!!

Mar 12,2024The subscription overall is convenient and most of the packages have been good quality. Some of them leak and once in a blue moon one will smell weird but overall they are good. The customer service could use some work though.

Mar 12,2024Feeding Darwins for over 10 years. No complaints with food. Does good job of communicating issues by FDA with raw food. Excellent customer service. Only complaint is delivery service does not notify when product is delivered. Can be a problem during hot summer months.

Mar 12,2024We have been feeding our lab Dougie Darwin’s for 12 years and can’t say enough good things about this company. Dougie is healthy and active (aka still acts like a puppy) and we believe Darwin’s had a big part in that. He is allergic to chicken and potatoes and somewhat to beef so we order the duck and have no problems. Any time we’ve needed to modify our order or change shipment dates they have been very easy to communicate with. We really love Darwin’s and next year will submit a picture so he can make the yearly calendar!

Mar 12,2024I have a silver Bengal and believe she needs the best food available. Unprocessed food is certainly healthier. She has the sleekest softest coat I have ever seen on a cat. It’s more like a pelt of a wild animal than a domestic cat. She is happy, healthy, and very active! She has been on this food for a few years now, and is doing great. Never had a trip to the vet. I highly recommend.
