I would like to thank both Alison and Matt at Dawsons furniture store where I bought my Kettler La Mode garden lounge set who have restored my faith in on line shopping and the human touch. After a really terrible experience with another garden company who sold me the same set, kept me waiting 10 weeks, then told me they had oversold it, I had almost given up for the summer until I saw that Dawsons had it on line and spoke with Alison and Matt. They were like the A team! They pulled out all the stops to get me the set in record time. I'm delighted with both the furniture and the service. There is a slight fault and immediately they are resolving it for me. They now have a customer for life. Thank you guys!
Contacted this retailer regarding the poor quality Kettler product we purchased from them. Not interested in the slightest in resolving the issue. Much better dealing with a reputable department store like John Lewis.
This must be one of the worst firms I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I ordered a Garden set including parasol. The base never arrived, and the pole to connect with the parasol was bent, so the parasol could not be used. They have not had the courtesy to respond to any of their online 'contact us' forms that I have filled in. Do not deal with this company.
Absolutely pathetic . Bought a parasol and within 2 weeks it broke. This was the sunny spell we had and refused the replacement with an excuse that high winds led to the break. Stay away from this store.

Very good service, ordered a cadac and where most of the country was out of stock they had plenty at a reasonable price. I was dubious about ordering considering the high demand during Covid 19 and some reviews complaining about delivery times however it arrived with all accessories in 2 days. Highly recommend. I don’t normally write reviews but thought it was worthy considering some of the poor ones I’d like to counteract.
Ordered a cadac bbq, listing stated that regulator and hose were included. My first issue was that the pizza stone I had ordered at the same time arrived, the included delivery note stated that the delivery was of both bbq and pizza stone however the bbq was missing. It arrived the next day after an email was sent querying where it was. When setting up the bbq we found that the regulator etc was missing, so had to buy one. I emailed again and provided receipts. They eventually did a refund but that didn’t cover the cost of the parts I had to buy. After yet another email I’ve finally been reimbursed for the missing parts. Very poor customer service. I would not use them again.
Absolutely excellent- from my first contact with the company ( Alison ) who was friendly , helpful and very knowledgeable, to receiving the BBQ the next day , I am so impressed with them and the goods I received, have not assembled it yet as its destined for a life in the Spanish sunshine, but it looks complete . Highly recommend, thank you so much
Large Denby Baking Sheets ordered. Excellent price and quickly delivered in robust packaging. An encouraging experience, at a time when others with less cumbersome items to send, are proving frustrating. Bravo, Dawsons!
Excellent service. I'd read negative reviews but I'm so glad I ignored them. The garden furniture arrived 11 days after order, great product, good quality and price and hardly required any assembly - just a couple of screws on the table. The customer service was very good too with updates and responding to all my questions. I would definitely recommend them - so pleased with my furniture and superb service!
My husband ordered a sage coffee maker for my birthday which was in stock when we ordered, four days later they emailed him to say it was not in stock. It was at an amazing price, £549 for the barista pro. How odd that suddenly it is no longer available and it will take 10 days to refund his money. They come under the e cook shop umbrella so buyer beware.
Ordered a Cadac BBQ from Camping World and after 7 days I was informed item was unavailable. Ordered through BBQ World and three days later I HAVE MY BBQ! Excellent service. Thank you!
I bought a parasol and it had missing parts, Iv phoned and left messages on their email and Facebook page but they are not responding.Iv given you many opportunities to resolve this. The item was £679. So Id advise everyone to think carefully about buying from here.And I sent photos of the missing part as well. If its not resolved I'm going to come to your store in person.
Would recommend Garden Furniture World, after searching many suppliers found the product we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. A few minor issues were dealt with to our satisfaction by Claire at their Customer Support Department.
Fantastic experience. Placed a delivery a week ago for a garden parasol. Order confirmation and delivery a week later with no issues. Will definitely be recommending and purchasing with garden furniture again!!
Excellent experience - prompt delivery of my garden furniture. Good communication throughout and we were able to change the delivery date to a convenient date. Would highly recommend. My second purchase within a couple of weeks and no problems with delivery times of either order - so don't be put off by some of the negative reviews re: delivery times!
Ordered a barbecue and accessories, the full order was around £375. Their website advised of a three day turnaround for shipping, which is good considering the current situation with the virus. Everything arrived as expected within a few days, and since then we've used the barbecue three times in a week! I'll definitely keep these in mind for future orders.

Aug 28,2020Paid for an espresso machine, arrived within 48 hours. That was the only good part of the whole experience. I opened it and was horrified to see it was filthy, it had been used, the capsules were 9 months out of date, the machine still had a used capsule in it, coffee stains all over the unit, the instruction booklet was ripped, with coffee stains all over it. Called Dawsons immediately, they requested images. Sent images straight away with a covering email requesting an immediate NEW, UNUSED replacement... no response. I called a week later, and spoke to Claire who was very apologetic,she sent me an email advising she would check the warehouse and get a replacement organised.... she didn't. I called again a week later, lots of excuses, she didn't work Tuesday, she'd been very busy etc., she had lots of emails to work through, staff not available etc etc. Bottom line, she said she'd check the warehouse for a replacement, and when I pointed out she'd said she would do that last week, she became very defensive. Bottom Line, I'm having the old one collected, insisted on a full refund, and will NEVER use them again.
