This is exceptional service thank you so much. Yesterday 19th of December at circa 13.30 I received my order of 16 quite fragile wine glasses and sadly on transit 2 had got broken. I contacted Dawsons and they offered to replace them immediately. Today 20th December at 11.00 the replacements arrived safely. P.S. I live in a Norfolk so this is amazing service. I am very pleased with the wine glasses they are excellent quality and just as advertised. I have used Dawsons for many items, pots and pans and their linen department - these shopping experiences are similar to the ones we used to get - attention, quality, and fantastic people. Can’t beat it.
Absolute waste of money! Purchased a 12 piece Denby Linen dinner set for £86.00. The packaging was wholly inadequate with only flimsy plastic sheet separating the plates, some pieces had no packaging at all! There was no ‘fragile’ label on the package...so as a result every piece is smashed to smithereens! Not great as I’d wanted to use it for Xmas. Waiting to hear back from customer service team. Update: Customer services (Adam) really helped out with this, went out of his way to get new set delivered quickly and is following up poor packaging issue.
I have bought furniture from Garden Furniture World twice. Extremely happy with both purchases and the customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with some cushions missing from my latest order (manufacturers fault) and it was sorted very quickly and in a very friendly professional manner. I would definitely buy from this company again.
Great prices and great service. Items arrived very quickly. One item arrived slightly damaged, but was very easy to email them and they arranged collection of the damaged item and a replacement was with me the next day.
I bought a Cadac Safari Chef 2 PRO QR and it worked fine until the ignite device stopped working. Dawsons were very helpful but it took nearly a month for me to receive the replacement.
i bought a Kitchen Aid Kettle from them in Feb 19 it is now leaking i took it back to the shop in Skipton to be told since its after 28days i have to get in touch with Kitchen Aid myself to sort !! (which could mean a collection from them = time off work to sort ) There is none of this info on the display or told when you are at the till ! when challenged over the phone on the fact that as the retailer they are responsible not the manufacturer i was told that the manager would call me back, 5 days later a more calls to the store i still haven't received a call back really poor service and staff and in these days of internet shopping you would think customer service would be king ! but in future i will do as they wish and go to the manufacturer and buy direct from them -silly putting there jobs at risk but am not surprised after dealing with them -the high street needs better shops to compete with the internet Dawsons oh dear
Bought a Cadac barbecue through them which was the best price i could find. Nice piece of kit. Heavy, delivered on a pallet which was all ok but somewhere in its lifetime of being moved around warehouses has been bumped once or twice and a couple of items were chipped. Sent email and photos to customer services and was lucky enough to be dealt with by Carol who has contacted the manufacturer and arranged replacements. Very happy
Good experience. I bought a Sandwick bench and the price was excellent. The website had said between 7-14 days for delivery but actually it came really quickly in just two. The phone number doesn’t operate on a Sunday which initially made me wonder but when I rang again on Monday the staff were lovely and very helpful. I’d seen some negative reviews for Dawsons which made me dubious but actually they were fab. Their prices seem great so really I would reassure people that it has been a straight-forward experience for me.
Placed my order on the website at 10.45 on the Friday morning of a bank holiday, Saturday delivery chosen and delivered at 08.30 on Saturday morning. The cost of the items (Le Creuset) compared with other retailers just wasn’t in the same league, much, much cheaper and I got 4 free wine glasses. Even Saturday delivery was only £8.50 and DPD are used who I think are very good. Great prices and great service from Ecookshop - what’s not to like ?
Recently purchased a Weber gas bbq. All was as should be and delivered on time. There was also an offer for 5% off making this the cheapest I could find online.
It's 5 stars for BBQ World. I ordered my Weber BBQ on a Friday and they delivered the next day. I was kept informed via email and everything worked like clock-work. I was very impressed and will use again when needed.

I purchased a bistro set with some scepticism as the price was low. I spoke to one of their reps - Alan - who reassured me they were legit and he was very helpful in advising me which items to buy and even tempted me to buy a BBQ. Most recommended.
My Kettler garden furniture was delivered on 20 May in undamaged packaging. Unfortunately, the table was scratched and marked, parts were missing and the corner was badly bent. I emailed Dawsons immediately on 20th May and sent images of the damage. Although my complaint was originally acknowledged, Dawsons have still not offered any resolution and now appear to be ignoring my hastening correspondence. I feel their customer service is very poor and having spent over £650 with them I will not ignore their mishandling of this problem.
Still not received our BBQ from BBQ world, paid extra to get it delivered on a specific day - today, however a young lady from palletways gleefully told me mid way through this afternoon that this wasn't going to happen but they could deliver first thing tomorrow. I cannot believe that a) they did not appear to care in the slightest that they let us down and b) they were so happy about it. Now we need to take another day off work!
Ordered a pair of garden seats on the Saturday 1st June. 2 items delivered on the Wednesday following - one with a big crack in the wooden seat. Advised them immediately by email with photos. No contact from them until I wrote again and received an email on the Saturday asking if the packaging was damaged - no apology. Answered immediately that it wasn't and am still waiting for some kind of response from them. When that will come , who knows. A poor performance by Dawsons. Of course sometimes things get damaged but its how you handle the problem that will define you as a retailer
Have made a few orders and they supply well packaged and delivered on time so can't fault that. I reviewed products both good and bad (in my opinion) and surprise surprise the 5star reviews were added to the website, the 1star reviews were not, odd that!!!!

Great to see customer service like this and looking forward to some lovely sizzling days ahead. Also the email notifications from Palletways were really helpful too - well done
