We know that quality matters, so we don’t deal in seconds as they can be of varying quality, and come with little or no guarantee, and as such this is something we have never felt comfortable offering to our customers. Instead, we use our exceptional relationships with manufacturers to ensure that we can get exclusive prices to pass on to our customers. This means we are able to offer exclusive prices, aswell as have special offers available on certain ranges of carpet tiles.

Jan 10,2017Happy with tiles we ordered, just a bit suspicious of the marketing. There's always a 'sale' of some sort happening, but look out for extra 10% from time to time. Having bought our tiles I then had a marketing email announcing a much larger discount. I challenged the company and was told it was a 'simple error' on their part' The price advertised was not valid! There was a Christmas hamper also offered in early December. To be fair I had the extra 10% discount and the hamper, but when it arrived (after Christmas), it didn't really compare to the image used in the marketing. The company did say the image was for illustrative purposes, but don't show bottles of what look like wine, if you aren't supplying any bottles at all! Not saying it's the case with all, but the securing straps around the the boxes our tiles came in were lose and some of the boxes ripped, with the tiles exposed. Luckily the tiles hadn't been damaged though.

Jan 06,2017Ordering was simple and delivery happened on time. The tiles look great in their new home and we are very pleased with the finished look of the room. One important point of note, there was slight damage to 6 of the tiles in the pack of 20 tiles. One corner of 6 tiles had signs of damage where it looked as if the pack was dropped on a corner. Packaging also had a split along one edge. Fortunately these tiles were being cut anyway, so the damage did not show in situ. The company also sent details of a new discount only 24 hrs after I placed my order. Sadly they ignored my request to have this discount applied to my order.

Jan 06,2017I ordered a free sample from them to check what I wanted and they followed up with me to check everything was okay. When I finally got around to ordering what I wanted they were very helpful and quick. I would recommend everyone thinking about getting new carpet to check them out.

Dec 29,2016My wife was sceptical of buying on line but as DCTUK send you samples we tried it, the samples arrived very quickly and we made up our mind and that's how it started. We have now Carpet Tiled the whole house over a period of time, we have never had any problems with either the Tiles or the delivery which I must say is excellent, told of day of delivery then text on the morning of delivery with a time slot. I have had to contact Customer Services with a query and they were most helpful and polite, I'm only sorry we have finished our projects but I would definitely recommend this company whom I feel put the customer first at all times.

Dec 21,2016We were looking into replacing a terribly worn carpet in our living room but as we are unable to completely remove all items of furniture from the room we were unable to fully carpet. We decided to look into carpet tiles and came across this company. The website is easy to navigate and the sampling option is a nice touch. The samples that came were a generous size and we settled on our chosen tile. We managed to make use of a promotional code and the follow up email service and courier were fantastic. I would definitely recconend this company for both commercial and residential.

Good choice of colours available and brilliant prompt delivery. Ordered on Wednesday and here on Friday. WOW. Cannot ask for better than that. Thanks a bundle .

Dec 21,2016Good service & delivery on day as promised. Small hiccup with the website allowing you to order individual tiles instead of boxes of 20, the company did call me of the error and was honest so we adjusted the order there and then over the phone. Tiles are of good quality easy to fit.

Dec 20,2016Wasn't sure what kind of service I would get as I only wanted 13m3 of tiles for my home office, but being in the construction industry pretty much knew I would want Huega tiles so ..... 1) ordered some samples on line 2) pleasant call from DCTUK, anything else.. 3) Samples on way 4) Samples delivered in 2 days 5) Call from DCTUK few days later, saved me calling..placed order 13m3 6) Tiles delivered direct from Huega It was really as simple as that, now I normally HATE people calling me when im looking for stuff, but the ladies that I spoke to even when i told them i only wanted 13m3 were brilliant, you would honestly think I had just ordered enough carpet to cross the atlantic This has to be one of the simplistic and best orders for anything I have ever placed Well done DCTUK, this IS what Customer Service is all about Owen Mullen

Dec 20,2016They excepted a sale on line, they then contacted me by phone saying an IT issue had allowed me to order in a small quantity then was allowed for the product and requesting further money and an increase in the size of the order which I did. I was told I would be contacted the following day by phone or email to confirm a delivery date. This was several days ago, as of yet no contact.
