We know that quality matters, so we don’t deal in seconds as they can be of varying quality, and come with little or no guarantee, and as such this is something we have never felt comfortable offering to our customers. Instead, we use our exceptional relationships with manufacturers to ensure that we can get exclusive prices to pass on to our customers. This means we are able to offer exclusive prices, aswell as have special offers available on certain ranges of carpet tiles.

I'm also surprised at how warm they keep the floor, which is just what I needed for my little ones! I'm never going back to full carpet with underlay! This is so much cheaper and looks much more sophisticated! Love it!

Feb 20,2017No problems with the tiles and delivery which were 5 star BUT when I approached them about their "price match" promise prominent on their web display on Google, I was told it could not apply to the other firm because they did not get the tiles direct from the manufacturer. I approached that firm and they stated that they did. I had an extra order and went to that alternative firm and the tiles arrived from the manufacturer in 2 days. When I pointed out the error in their statement, still no refund.

I needed to speak to someone during the ordering process and found the person very helpful in dealing with my queries. Delivery was prompt and I was kept fully informed of the progress. I will definitely use this company again.
