Here at DCTUK, we pride ourselves on providing quality service to match the quality of our products. We know how important it is to get things right, which is why we offer free carpet tile samples across all of our carpet tiles to provide you with the true nature of the products before you commit to purchase. Something that we understand the importance of.
We know that quality matters, so we don’t deal in seconds as they can be of varying quality, and come with little or no guarantee, and as such this is something we have never felt comfortable offering to our customers. Instead, we use our exceptional relationships with manufacturers to ensure that we can get exclusive prices to pass on to our customers. This means we are able to offer exclusive prices, aswell as have special offers available on certain ranges of carpet tiles.

Feb 14,2017Having ordered the carpet tiles online, with a quoted delivery charge of £14 included (including VAT), I was surprised to find a supplement of £36 plus VAT was expected for a delivery not far from Glasgow. On telephoning the company to remonstrate they reduced the supplement to £30 plus VAT. Not much of a reduction. The product itself was good value for money, but anyone north of Glasgow should beware of additional charges.

Feb 08,2017We decided to go with carpet tiles because emptying the room completely was impossible.(nowhere to put everything in a small house) I found DCTUK online, had a good look through all of the items and we found the carpet planks.( something different) we thought. We are so pleased with everything. The samples arrived quickly, the staff were really friendly and helpful . The website is user friendly, especially the measuring calculator. The ordering was straightforward, and everything we ordered arrived very fast. The carpet planks were easy to cut and lay and the room looks fabulous. The ones we chose feel nice and look so good. We are both in our 70's so it took us a little longer to do. PS. Loved the light humour!

Feb 07,2017Great product, great service - really fast delivery - only quibble the delivery charge. But I guess carpet tiles arent the lightest things in the world...so probably fair enough. Makes sense to order as much as you need in one shot tho.

Feb 06,2017Prompt delivery, value for money, Nouveau tiles look great in my home study. Only feedback comment would be was the inadequate packaging as the tiles were exposed on delivery, thankfully not damaged. Courier advised that this is how they had been picked up.

A few days later super efficient Heather contacted me and sorted a quote out for me. I ordered the tiles, they were delivered quickly, good quality, and I gave to say Heather in Sales was excellent, fully recommend this company.

Jan 31,2017We wanted to buy bathroom carpet tiles online and, after searching a number of sites, we came across Discount Carpet Tiles. I am so glad we did! Their site makes it easy to search for what you are after, provides great information on each make and, even without obtaining a sample, it was almost as good as seeing it in a shop. The price was great and the order was delivered within the specified time. All-in-all it was a great first experience with DCT and when we require more tiles we will certainly be back!

Jan 31,2017I found the website very easy to manoeuvre and saw just what I needed unusually fast, for me.I was having a bad brain day & couldnt work out how many tiles I needed,but there,at the end of their site was their wonderfully helpful advisor.She typed back answers immediately and this really was incredibly useful.The tiles arrived in excellent packaging and condition.Our cat is using the unlaid top tile of the pile as a superior scratch post and seat for another day.I have the raspberry colour carpet tiles & a roll of rather superior looking underlay to put down tomorrow, it all looks very promising and an event to look forward to .
