Here at DCTUK, we pride ourselves on providing quality service to match the quality of our products. We know how important it is to get things right, which is why we offer free carpet tile samples across all of our carpet tiles to provide you with the true nature of the products before you commit to purchase. Something that we understand the importance of.
We know that quality matters, so we don’t deal in seconds as they can be of varying quality, and come with little or no guarantee, and as such this is something we have never felt comfortable offering to our customers. Instead, we use our exceptional relationships with manufacturers to ensure that we can get exclusive prices to pass on to our customers. This means we are able to offer exclusive prices, aswell as have special offers available on certain ranges of carpet tiles.

Sep 15,2021Bought two packs of karndean flooring online from DCTUK, good communication and arrived on time which I was very happy with. I then realised I had miscalculated the amount needed, my mistake so went online and ordered the additional pack, however the following day I received an email informing me that it was now out of stock and it would be at least a month before they could get it from the manufacturer. Fair enough so I requested that the order be cancelled and a refund given. After doing this I received an email back stating that I wouldn’t get it anywhere else as it comes straight from the manufacturer, bold statement I thought so looked else where and after 20mins I’d found a company that had 44 packs in stock, so once again requested the refund. It’s been over two weeks and NO REFUND, have sent two emails chasing which have been ignored, I’d at the very least expect an email saying it had been processed and how long it will take to be in my account none of which has happened. I’ve now finished my kitchen flooring and am now doing another room needless to say I won’t be using DCTUK!

Sep 15,2021Would not order form this company again our delivery was short by 1 box 3 guys in our company confirmed this including company director I emailed DCTUK only to be told that they're courier was adamant that the correct amount was delivered even after we sent photo and video proof if my order was correct I would'nt be wasting my time emailing back and forth for our final i have had to source tiles elsewhere and purchase another box

I phoned to ask suggestions and not only were pros and cons pointed out but I had free samples the following day! I had to wait for one of my choices as they were out of stock and I was kept informed what was happening with that order and not charged extra postage because it was sent separately

Aug 26,2021I had never dealt with DCTUK before and found them online when searching for carpet tiles. Their selction of tiles both carpet and Luxury Vinyl is incredible and all are excellent quality. From the seemingly never ending different samples that we asked for (which were despatched pdq) to the ordering our final selection to the delivery by their carrier (DPD) which was on the date and time slot advised by DCTUK made the whole experience painless and their service has been excellent. Our order albeit small was important to us ensuring we picked the right tiles for our bathroom and DCTUK customer service personnel were patient and understanding. I would happily recommend them and would without hesitation deal with them again.

Aug 25,2021Been a customer of DCTUK for a around 4-5 years now, but earlier this year I sent off for some free samples they were mostly very small about 4 inches square and combined with my computer screen not showing true colours i asked for more different colours to be sent, but i was refused as they said I had reached my maximum amount of free samples, so I offered to pay for another 4 samples, and after a lot of hassle I eventual got them. I was quite taken aback by their attitude especially as my order around 4 years ago was for Approx £1000 pound and they had this on record. Tried to order another set of four and they refused. Anyway I have just spent s further £400 with them as I had to match earlier make of tiles, but next time I will shop elsewhere as their rules on sample tiles are quite petty and unnecessary. So no points or appreciation for being a previous good customer counts with this company.

Everyone was so helpful and i was kept informed as to when my delivery would be arriving. Delivery was on time, well packaged and the carpet tiles are 1st class! i will certainly order again with no hesitation. Thank you!!

Oct 05,2021I had struggled to find a reputable retailer to provide LVT tiles in the style, colour and pattern I wanted… I had been let down a few times and time was of the essence. I stumbled across DCTUK through Google, made an enquiry online and was telephoned by a chap called Lewis at 9am the next day. Within moments he secured the quantity of tiles I needed (and most importantly loved!) His communication was excellent. He reserved the stock for a couple of days whilst I was sorting out the finances and also was able to secure the tiles at a better price than advertised. From the start of the transaction to the (very quick) delivery, he was checking in every step of the way and made me feel like a truly valued customer. Excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.
