Something that we understand the importance of.
We know that quality matters, so we don’t deal in seconds as they can be of varying quality, and come with little or no guarantee, and as such this is something we have never felt comfortable offering to our customers. Instead, we use our exceptional relationships with manufacturers to ensure that we can get exclusive prices to pass on to our customers. This means we are able to offer exclusive prices, aswell as have special offers available on certain ranges of carpet tiles.

May 11,2021Have ordered a number of times and am very impressed with the quality of the carpet tiles. Easy to lay and hard wearing. Sadly my last order was let down by the stock manager. I initially placed an order for 88 tiles, not realising that they only come in packs of 20. I paid the extra for 100 tiles, better than risking too few. I made the mistake of not counting the tiles until I had done the job a couple of months later where I find I am number of tiles short, I count the tiles to find that I only got the 80 tiles. Contacted dctuk and I've been told that the full amount of tiles were delivered. I've now put and order in for the extra 20 tiles and has cost me over a £100 extra, or given dctuk a £100 extra profit. Not how I do customer service in my business....

May 10,2021DCTUK offer good value for money, prompt service and a lot of helpful advice on their website about choosing and laying carpet tiles. I'm very pleased with the tiles and underlay that I bought. The only thing stopping me giving them 5 stars is the appalling inadequate carboard packaging in which the underlay tiles were shipped. It was barely holding together because it was so thin and was ripped in several places. Fortunately the contents weren't damaged, but that was more by luck than anything else. The tiles themselves were shipped separately in very robust packing. I would urge DCTUK to look into this as their shipper is doing them no favours here

We ordered four colourways of carpet tiles initially, then placed an order for 60 Heuga 727 carpet tiles in Linen shade together with 60 Interface Interlay carpet tiles. We were notified at each stage of the process and delivery was prompt. The tiles are now down and the room (home office) looks great. Very pleased indeed, thank you.

Apr 12,2021We had to replace our shabby stair carpet. Decided instead to sand and polish the treads and risers which looked good but required frequent cleaning and polishing. Purchased some Nouveau Urban Xtra black carpet tiles and double sided carpet tape. Cut them to fit the depth of the treads and fixed with the tape. 4 years on and they still look great! Easy to keep clean, and, if any do get stained or worn they are easily replaced. Great service, great price, excellent product. Highly recommended and will buy again.

Apr 08,2021The end to end customer experience with DCTUK was flawless - website easy to use and intuitive, order process was clear with no issues at all and delivery of our carpet tiles was within a couple of days. I’ll be honest, I was dubious about using carpet tiles for a home office but the quality of the tiles means the finish is fabulous. We couldn’t arrange a carpet fitter due to current restrictions so tiles were a convenient alternative at a great price. The tiles have been laid for 4 weeks now and you can barely tell they’re tiles at all. I’ll recommend DCTUK without hesitation.
