Unfortunately our recent experience was not great. After contacting to say i thought the items sent for the service where incorrect, it was confirmed they were correct. Engineer turned up and would not have had enough time to complete the job. He said that he could have came earlier. I advised him that the people who book the appointments say that they have no hold over engineers diaries and so can never give a time. Upon opening the kits, the engineer confirmed the wrong items where sent and so the job has not been completed in full. I now need to wait for the correct kits to arrive and for a courier to collect the old ones. I still dont have any returns labels. I had to rearrange for diarys for the visit. I will now need to cancel another day so allow an engineer .
I will not recommend using DD for a refurbishment. It has been nothing but a nightmare with equipment burning out, design faults and still unfinished jobs (electricals hanging in decon). Although I have emailed over and over, even putting in a complaint with such and up to now I haven't had a response or it being resolved. There I thought it was a professional company and we would be paying a premium to get premium service and product. Guess I was wrong
We have recently changed to DD to service our autoclaves, compressor etc, Chris, Dom, Ben and Jason have been great! So glad we changed from DTS to DD! First class service!
The company is very reliable. has a good prices. The only problem is now they out of stock many products.

Wendy was at the practice today doing our Infection Control and Fire training. She made it a very enjoyable experience. We especially liked the practical side of it with using the fire extinguishers and germ lotion with the uv light for hand washing.

Amber came to our practice to deliver the Infection Protection Control training. The session was incredibly helpful, she was very knowledgeable and made the session engaging and informative. All the staff felt we took something away from it and enjoyed the ability to discuss and have any questions answered. Helpful content and very well delivered. We are using DD for most of our dental consumables needs. And to be honest the best bit about using DD is our area rep, Shell Jetha. He is always , and I mean always, super helpful if we ever need any help and if he can’t help then he would always direct us to someone who can. Having such a great are rep is very important for us as customers and also for the DD business itself. Also would like to mention that DD website is very good but would appreciate if the favourite list would have a “search” option (this would help a lot when placing orders) and also if the prices of the items in favourite list would be displayed too. So few little tweaks but overall good site.
Bad service, bad customer service overall a complete mess. Untrained engineers and they need over 5 attempts to install brand new equipment. It’s a shame as it used to be a good company but not sure what happened to end up with such a poor service and equipment support.
We had Sarah visit and deliver our annual CPR training at our practice today. Engaging and very informative. Would highly recommend!!
