He is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we get not only all the best products but also offers the most competitive pricing. Having used other dental supply companies in the past with little to no customer service, I have been blown away by the service provided by Shell it is truly the best around! He is so knowledgeable about all the products and you can always rely on him to always be on the end of the phone should you need him, there is nothing this man can't do! I would never use anyone else except DD now for all my dental supply needs!

Sep 01,2023Best dental supply company with the best rep shell. We previously used another company that would allways have delays in stock and orders would never go out on time. Not with Shell orders are next day and we allways receive everything we need. If I can't find a product Shell will allways find it for us he makes My job of stock management 10x easier and is allways super quick and efficient in helping with orders and very knowledgeable on the products. Could not reccomend them more.

Aug 31,2023I have used DD in the past, however now we have Shell Jetha as our dedicated business account manager, I will use them much more! Nothing is too much trouble with Shell and he has really looked after us at our practice. He is always on call to answer any of my questions, or placing orders even out of office hours, and it’s so nice to have a personal feel, he treats you like a friend not just a customer. Shell definitely goes above and beyond. The whole team in the main office are also so helpful and very professional. 🙌🏼
