May 19,2021We had a virtual BLS training today with Steph McNally. I think it was one of the best sessions I’ve had in the past 15 years. Maybe, doing it online helped as there was no distraction from fellow participants. Steph is very clear in delivering key information, skipping stuff that is quite obvious and focusing on the tricky bits.

Penny was polite, friendly and went out of her way and exceeded my expectation when booking in a service for our equipment. Penny was patient while I looked for the information she required to make the booking and I received confirmation by email after our call.
