Mar 08,2021We have been using DD since our Practice opened in 2018 and have had Lee Ballinger as our Rep since then. Nothing is too much trouble for Lee and when problems arise (as they sometime do) they are solved quickly and in a timely fashion. As a company DD hold a great range of stock and along with their different departments such as Digital, most products that we need are obtainable.

I was kept on hold for a few moments, There was problem with my order placed 01.03..2021. Sharon was helpful, friendly, patient and polite. She kindly sorted my order - in fact arranged for next day delivery because of the misunderstanding with the dispatch. Sharon also was helpful with my account details. Although this is still a matter I wish to resolve with DD. Enjoyed the conversation early doors with Sharon. Put me in a good mood before my first patient at 8.30am Thank you.
