Oct 31,2019I have been working with Debt Compare now since November 2018 and cannot recommend them enough! First I was dealing with a lovely lady called Shamaela, she was great, friendly and knowledgable and then more recently I have been dealing with Tierney, who has been equally brilliant. Tierney has helped me with a more manageable agreement, which has helped me out massively, so thank you very much. If you have any problems, you are never waiting no more than an hour for a reply and it’s text service aswell as calls. Brilliant work guys ☺️.

Oct 28,2019This site is shocking please please people stay away from them this company takes your money Doesn’t do nothing I payed them 480 pounds for nothing my creditors got nothing know letters or calls and then when I cancelled everything with them 3 months later 200 pounds was taken from my bank and know my bank are saying it’s fraud so this company is in big trouble and they must be desperate to take people’s money when they’re supposed to help people it’s shocking stay away

Oct 24,2019This company are the lowest form of people, They will not help you in the long run. They seem great whilst you're paying them there fees but in reality they are just prolonging your debt. I started with them in july and i already had 2 of my creditors agree to a certain amount a month yet 6 months and £500 later all they've done is arrange something with one crediror! The one i had already had an agreement with. You have to do all the hard work yourself, you're literally paying someone to make a phone call or send a letter when you can do it yourself. After a phone call i made to them yesterday when i realised i was being ripped off i got clearscore, looked at my debt, rang each person and came to an agreement with them myself , it took me around 20 minutes! Each of these glowing reviews they recieve are forced upon you to do so and if i could leave you screen shots to prove to you then i would do. Not a single review mentions that anyone has become debt free, they all just say the same thing that they were helpful, polite, put my mind at ease etc its really not hard to figure out this company is corrupt. They talk fast over the phone and baffle you with lingo that means nothing to you unless you're an accountant. I am far from an uneducated person and they had me fooled, they prey on people when they're vulnerable. I have reported them to the financial ombudsmen and i urge you all to do the same.

Oct 23,2019I am a student and this company has taken 380 from me. I was told that money I paid would go towards my debt. After receiving many a letter from debt collectors I contacted Debt compare to find they dont' pay anything towards your debts just set up a payment plan. I signed up six months ago and have no payment plan from them. Apparently they contacted my creditors (apparently) yesterday. This company prays on the vulnerable. DO NOT USE. I will be going to the financial Ombudsman. its a disgrace.
