Dec 19,2022Order placed 23rd November and website stated delivery within 3-5 working days. No contact from company so I had to chase and was told there was a delay- the items were expected in shortly. Still no despatch info so I had to contact again, to be told they were not despatched until the 7th. The tracking did not work and the company did not reply to my next email. Items finally delivered on 9th of December. Luckily the items were nice hence two stars but customer service poor.

Dec 07,2022Best price around on my cushions, with out claiming to be sale prices. Delivery would have been the 2 days as stated, had it not been for the PO strike. Will always check with Decor Interiors again for stuff for the house.

Dec 06,2022I ordered a mirror and when it arrived, I was less than satisfied. I immediately contacted the company and asked to return it. They promptly replied and arranged for a courier to collect it the following week. The mirror was collected and I received a receipt for the return. A few days had passed and I had heard nothing from the company so I contacted them to enquire about my refund. It has been over two weeks and they claim to not have received my mirror. I have emailed multiple times for updates but it appears now that my emails are being ignored.
