Jun 16,2023It took them a while to send the package (2 weeks + shipping to my country), when it finally arrived the package was clearly returned by someone else. The table was the wrong table (different material), it had scratches. When I sent them an e-mail telling them they sent the wrong table, they told me they don't have the table I ordered available. Currently, I'm still waiting for them to let me know how to return the wrong table and to get my money back. They just send one e-mail each day, so the conversations are slow. EDIT 1: Two months since I bought the table. They sent me the wrong table. I sent it back and they received it 3 weeks ago. They stopped replying to my e-mails asking for my money back. EDIT 2: 30 mintues after the 1st edit (12 days after their last e-mail), I finally received a refund notification. Now I have my money back.

Jun 15,2023The Japanese style Oriental Console Table is well-made and attractive. It arrived promptly, well-packaged, without damage. A big plus is that it was fully assembled; no fiddling about with screws and tools and having to put on legs and doors etc.

Jun 13,2023Dreadful experience and service - outright thieves. I purchased a cabinet from them after waiting weeks for the delivery with minimal communication from them, the item was too small - way smaller than advertised. I then requested for it to be returned. The original packaging it came in was severely damaged through delivery of the item so I securely packaged it in different packaging for the return. It left my house in a very well secure state. Once it arrived at Decor Interiors, it was damaged, as the delivery staff clearly handled the item poorly as they did the 1st time around just worst. Now the lady is refusing to give me a refund and wants to return a damaged item. Her factory has insurance on these matters, the tools to fix it and it is the delivery people's fault, not mine but she wants to steal my money? Disgusting behaviour! I have now filed a report with the police for fraud and theft, as even after I have asked Sahra to return the damaged item that she caused, she still has not returned the item to me. Thief!

Jun 12,2023Took too long to even confirm item ordered had been sent and only after I chased them up twice. Item arrives and poor quality. Seemed like a second to me but denied by seller. They agreed to take the item back and then arranged for a courier collection of the item. Courier failed to attend having waited in all day. Then waited for another day. Took a couple of weeks to get the item back. Then a delay on the refund. They did not charge me for the return as a gesture of goodwill but still charged the outward item post. Probably one of the worst online experiences I have ever had. Would never recommend them to anyone. Bought the same product from another seller both quicker, cheaper and clearly not a second.

The only downside of my orders was that the type of paint I wanted (trim paint) had to be ordered in and wasn't stocked in-store, although this was no fault of the shops. Had it at my door within 10 days and looks great

May 22,2023Placed an order to be told the item was out of stock. Requested a refund as they couldn’t supply what I ordered, although they did offer an alternative which I didn’t like. I was told the refund would take a few days to process. As of this morning I still hadn’t heard anything despite sending further chasing emails. I eventually called, and the refund was processed, but it took almost 3 weeks, not a few days, and I was disappointed from a customer service perspective that I had to chase this, although the matter is concluded now.
