Nov 24,2024Consultation with Mariah was fine but the follow up a disaster. None of my medication were called in. When I followed up with Defy and went through ALL of my medications that needed ordering with MICHAEL (spent 20 minutes on the phone with him and he was RUDE) none of my medications were ordered. NONE. AFTER TWO CALLS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. WHEN I GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MICHAEL HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TELLING ME AFTER I TOLD HIM I WAS VERY FRUSTRATED TO "HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE" THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Scheduling is easy and seamless. I am so grateful for medical professionals who listen to women and collaborate with us on treatment. It’s refreshing to not be marginalized or treated like cattle. At 55, I feel better than I did in my 40’s. Being treated for menopause by informed, competent professionals has allowed me to thrive and enjoy my life instead of being shuffled around to supposed specialists who have no real knowledge of HRT and no empathy for the devastating effects of menopause.
