I have more energy than any of my friends who can't get over all my activity (Motorcycle tour of the great lakes 3,200MI in 8 days) Working towards optimal wellbeing, slowing the natural aging process to make the most out of each day

Nov 14,2024The provider (Melissa) shamed me for being on estradiol while in perimenopause and didn’t even evaluate my labs. It was not easy for me to get those labs drawn in time due to being a teacher and having to drive to get the correct ones drawn. It just felt like such a waste of my money after the appointment. I thought all of Defy’s providers were progressive-thinking regarding HRT so I was taken aback. In the end she asked what I wanted to do so I guessed at what I needed. Super disappointing.
