Jul 21,2024I am disappointed that Defy will not approve low dose oxandrolone for me. There is no medical reason for not allowing me to take 5 mg/day oxandrolone just because I am also taking low doses of testosterone and nandrolone. Taking low dosages of multiple anabolic steroids gives the benefits of each one while minimizing the side effects. I am very health conscious. For example I measure my blood pressure every day. It averaged 114/67 for the last two weeks and is maintained by adjusting my electrolytes regularly. My blood glucose stays between 80 and 100 mg/dL even after a meal or fasting 24 hours or fasting 16 hours and lifting weights for 2 hours. I have been on the carnivore diet for 5 years and started it because I was pre-diabetic. I am 70 years old, 5'9", 182 pounds, and 7.8% body fat (dexa scan 4/24). I have BS and master's degrees in chemistry and chemical engineering and have an excellent understanding of how the human body works.
