Apr 25,2025Have had the misfortune of dealing with a wholly unprofessional media and reputation partner at JMW. Her client owes me £11,000. Have also reached out multiple times to the head of compliance at JMW about her. Nothing gets resolved. Probably will now refer the matter to the ombudsman. Would strongly advise against anyone dealing with her or instructing her- completely disingenuous, and knowingly aligns herself with the domestic abuse of women and children. Likewise does the family department. JMW do not adequately educate their staff on domestic abuse. I asked the head of HR what education they had in place - no reply. This is a low moral law firm.

Apr 22,2025Suleikha Ali dealt with my claim for clinical negligence and was nothing short of exceptional in every respect. Her professionalism and dedication to obtaining the best possible result for me was remarkable. The experience dealing with NHS resolution and their legal teams was awful, inept and totally incompetent with no response to emails for months but she remained composed throughout the whole experience. She kept me updated and was always responsive to emails and telephone calls. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services.

Apr 22,2025I was referred to JMW by another solicitor after an incident that I was feeling pretty unsure about. They listened to me patiently, were honest about my chances, and explained my options in a way that was easy to understand. They offered to take my case on a no-win, no-fee basis and then gave me the time and space to make my own decision without feeling pressured. Their solicitor, Anna Ozarowska, was an excellent communicator and made me feel supported and like I was in very competent hands. I felt like I had a powerful advocate standing up for me. They organised the necessary medical assessment at a time that was convenient to me, sent me the forms I had to fill out, and kept me informed at every stage while also taking all of the stress of the case from me. During the negotiation phase, they explained their thought process with each offer and told me what they thought was reasonable, while still letting me have final approval on their decisions. I am very happy with the final offer they were able to secure me, but more importantly I feel like they acted with integrity and I am glad to say that I feel like the outcome is fair.

She had very good communication with me and understood my needs and got me the right doctors to examine me, gave me good and useful advice and help in answering all my questions. I felt she had my best interest at heart. She was always prompt in responding back which is paramount in my case because of so many uncertainties involved.
