I asked multiple people with the pharmacy to send me a return label over the past 4 months, but they never did. Marisa got me a return UPS label in just a few hours.

Jan 07,2025I rated my experience based off my call but what I was not pleased with was getting this consultation set up. I was called and told that I would be connected with someone in the next 10 minutes; only to have then been told that I would need to reschedule for the next day. I am glad I did speak with Marisa who was not the original person I was set up with but, this isn't the 1st time I've been rescheduled. Both occasions happen because of something on Defy's end creating an inconvenience for me.
