Oct 03,2018We were stopped at Holmbush shopping centre by a representative of IPG and thought we would book my step sons 11th birthday party at Delta Force in Crawley. We were promised it would be kids v kids and soft bullets. It was anything but. Proper paintball bullets and adults shooting at kids and throwing grenades. One of the children in our party was shot at point blank range. We have complained and asked for our money back as it was far from the experience that we were sold. We only stayed for 2 games out of 14. Firstly what you think your paying for is not going to be what you'll get. The free bullets offer is only given for the final game. I promise you by then you’ll have bought hundreds more bullets at £7.99 per hundred. Secondly if you complain about anything the customer service skills are lacking. Thirdly try and track this lot down! They don’t even know where their own head office is based. I was told Tithe Barn in Woking. Well the address given is one huge construction site. Then they state their office is in London Surrey! Really I thought that was two separate places? I did trick one guy over the phone who then admitted that he is based in Cape Town. Also payments go via Hong Kong. Please just be very aware. You have no chance of a refund if you find that like us you were mis-sold your paint balling experience. And 100% this place is not for children. I rarely give poor reviews. But I’ve had to notify the HSE and Trading Standards too. I have photos of the injuries sustained which would have been avoided if the experience was as that sold. I’ve since spoken again to Nolan who confirmed to me that IPG are in fact based in Cape Town and he really has no idea about their so called Surrey, London offices. An awful company with shocking customer service skills. My advice would be read all the reviews you can on IPG/Delta Force before parting with your money. Shocking, Shocking, Shocking.

Would be good to see some food included in the package, Dominoes was offered at £10 per order so more variety here would have been better. Chips/Burgers etc. Apart from that though, it was a well-organised enjoyable day.

Oct 01,2018Great day out - it was a birthday present for me. The staff were informative and enthusiastic and each challenge was different. My sons had never done paintballing before and we were pleased that the players were of a similar skill, age and experience, so that they weren't disheartened. My only warning though concerns ammo and the need to conserve it: it's not cheap to have to buy supplies so don't be too gung-ho.

Sep 27,2018Delta Force paintballing was a really great birthday outing for my son’s 13th. The booking process was a breeze, the staff at the centre were helpful & encouraging & handled the boys well. The scenarios/ settings were really well laid out & built & fun to run around. The only criticism I have is that the quantity of paintballs needed is not really clear until you start playing.....& it’s more than you think it’ll be. This is fine if everyone is paying for their own ammo...but tricky when you have 12 kids to pay for. We had 400 balls each, spent just under £300 for the party & were all done by about 2.30pm. This was just right for us &, as I say, was brilliant fun.

Sep 12,2018Went to Thornbury with a group of 10/ 11 year olds and due to the lack of foresight from, and incompetence by, the staff, the children ended up fighting with teenagers and adults. A few of the kids were quite badly hurt. Some of the staff, who are not much more then kids themselves were aggressive and bolshy with the children (bullying might be a better word) and the management were rude when a complaint was made. Also, the guns kept misfiring, apparently due to the fact that it was a 'hot day'. Whilst I am sympathetic to the staff because they obviously couldn't get into the real army, they need to change their attitude to paying customers and work on the organisation of the place to avoid further mishaps.

Sep 06,2018Nothing was too much trouble I took four twelve year olds to the Knowsley site the staff were amazing and very positive with questions not only what the kids asked but also with what I was asking, would highly recommend
