Feb 01,2019Great time had with a group of 9 kids all aged 11. Marshalls were very patient and ensured they explained things clearly so that everyone had a fun but safe time. Equipment was all in good condition and the whole day was very well organised. Wrap up with a few layers as it does sting if you get caught in the leg 😂

The facilities where awesome and the right from the moment we walked in we were all Personaly greeted with fantastic staff who where totally awesome all day. Jan 30,2019I booked this for my brothers birthday and I was the biggest waste of time and money! We ended up leaving before lunch and giving our paintballs away to a stag grouo. Not only was I extremely disappointed but I was very frustrated by the service provided. I'll start off with the money grabbing aspect - £3 for a compulsory locker is disgusting, who isn't going to bring things in with them and to charge people £3 without making it very clear is mind blowing, the 'light lunch' being a budget pot noodle is laughable and to charge £2.49 is beyond ludicrous. Secondly, not only were the attitudes of the staff rude and abrasive, but I am confused as to why you need them, because it is most certainly not to enforce rules. Many people were complaining about the cheating going on (being shot and carrying on) to the extent that there was no point in continuing playing as we were bound to lose. The other team also used SWAT shields which were told were off bound - we brought this to the attention of the Marshall and he simply said 'Well he's not using it now is he?'. What is the point? So I hope you can see why we left, wasted our money and have come away feeling upset and frustrated. We paid £50 for paintballs which weren't even used to take down the team - It’s been 3 weeks since contacting Delta Force and I’ve only been giving automatic replies about failing to contact me via phone. Due to my work, I’ve asked for contact via emails only as I am 90% of the time, unreachable. Utter disgrace of a company. UPDATE: I contacted them 20 minutes after they replied and I STILL have not yet received a reply!! UPDATE 2.0: 2 people have now tried to reach out to me, I of course replied to the first attempt of contact but was contacted atleast a week in between each reply. I am still waiting for a response from them. In the meantime they have reported my review and claimed ‘they’ve tried to contact me and I’ve not responded’... I have the emails Delta Force

Jan 29,2019We came here jan 13th for my sons 9th birthday. He has been wanting to come for many years but been to young. The day was amazing and he loved it more than he thought he would. You will defo be seeing us again soon 😁. The marshalls were fab, they were fun and professional at the same time. I cant fault anything, they went above and beyond to make our day awesome. Jan 17,2019Newcastle Delta force was my son's choice for his 12th birthday, he took a few friend's and what an experience they all had. The centre staff welcomed us and were great with the boy's. Very professional but fun at the same time. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their day, i couldn't of thanked them enough...a week later my son and a few of the party booked again. I dropped them off in the morning and because of the last visits experience, i trusted the staff to take care of them. They love it and they are already planning their next visit during half term! I recommend this as a great day out for all ages, we'll be back!

Dec 13,2018As I sat behind a wooden plank wall reloading my hopper, the sound of gun shots ringing in the not so distant woodland, paintballs exploding all around me I felt fear, dread, and pure excitement. Then the adrenaline took hold, I made eye contact with Callum (the marshal on site), knowing this was my only chance to secure victory I gave him a thumbs up and I ran to grab the C4 from the middle of the field. BANG. BANG. BANG. BANG. Nut shot. "I'm out! Oh God I'm out!" The entire day was full of moments that tell a story. There were 19 of us in our works group. From operational levels through to management we all got on at work, but have professional boundaries and on this day, the guys at Delta Force Southampton made us equal and made us enemies. We played several matches and we all agree we enjoyed every single one as much as the last! Callum, one of the marshals working when we spent the day was amazing. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, down to Earth and full of banter! Joining in with all aspects of our day he helped make the day a 10/10! Although not cheap (the 19 of us easily spending between £100 and £200 each), Delta Force is well worth the money IF you're with a good bunch! You won't find a better venue than Delta Force Southampton

Nov 14,2018We go to this venue every year for mine and my partners birthdays and we have never been disappointed! From the minute you arrive to the end of the day it is such a great day, hard work but definitely worth it! I recommend paintballing to anyone, especially with delta force! The guys down at delta force made every game we played eventful and made the experience as a whole brilliant and so memorable, its not the first time we have been and it sure wont be the last!
