Brilliant price. Really good playing areas. Only downside was that the armour, helmet etc. were smelling quite bad. Overall very good, would recommend and will definitely be visiting again
Brilliant well organised! They look after you very well
Great experience. Well organised. Very helpful and friendly staff. Most impressed
Good venue, great games, excellent staff kept everything moving and interesting.
Amazing experience. Fantastic staff, great play locations and brilliant extras. Will definitely be back.
I booked this for my boyfriends birthday and so glad I did. Such a good day out even though it hurt. Would recommend this to everybody. And hopefully Il get another day out there soon!
This was my first time ever paintballing and whilst the games themselves were well designed & enjoyable if I were to repeat the experience it wouldn’t be with Delta Force Sheffield based on this visit. I booked a package on Behalf of a friend for his birthday and 3 others and was under the impression that 100 paintballs would be included per person as part of the package. We didn’t get these but regardless I was fully aware that 100 would be nowhere near enough and we would have to purchase more on the day, which wasn’t a problem. What we didn’t expect is to also have to pay £6.99 for gloves each, in my opinion these should be part of the included body armour and overall equipment. They weren’t a compulsory purchase, however from what was said at the morning briefing if you didn’t purchase these or have any with you you were putting yourself at risk of being in excruciating pain were a paintball to hit you on the hand. The gloves purchased on site were extremely poor quality, badly moulded and definitely not worth the money. They had a sticker on them proudly embellishing ‘made in Pakistan’ We bought 1000 paintballs to share between us at a cost of £69.99. These lasted us until lunchtime. In the afternoon we asked if there was any ‘deal’ to buy a further 500 paintballs and they said they could do us 500 for £39.95 with the salesperson in the shop giving the impression it was a ‘deal’ when it’s actually no better than the standard £7.99 per 100 price and we were rushed and pressured to make a snap decision on purchases because other people were queuing and games needed to start. This all starts to become quite an expensive day when you’ve already paid over £10 each just to be able to even attend to take part!. Some of the standard guns issued were faulty and fired 3-4 paintballs in one shot with little to no range rather than the single paintballs they are supposed to so they were useless and just completely wasted the expensive ammo, faulty guns were easily swapped by raising the problem to a Marshall but still not acceptable and often too late when your in combat!. Surcharges were added to any payments for additional items made by Debit Card and Credit cards at the venue!!, this will actually be against the law soon but I can’t think of many businesses that would be so cheeky as to surcharge for a debit card payment!. A sign clearly states ‘cash preferred’ this is obviously to deter unhappy customers exercising their consumer rights as if you pay cash there are less routes to pursue and receipts for any of our cash payments on the day were neither issued or offered!!. For non pre-booked meals a ‘pot noodle’ is available for just under £3, advertised on posters as the genuine branded one but what you actually get is a symingtons ‘nations noodle’ the much cheaper type that costs about 70p in a supermarket. If your goggles steam up, a special ‘anti-fog’ wipe can be purchased for 50p a time as a member of our group was rudely and aggressively advised along with a threat of being kicked out for daring to use a tissue inside his helmet because he couldn’t see whilst out on the field waiting to start a game. My understanding of this incident was that this member of our group didn’t remove his helmet and merely put his hand inside whilst it was still on his head to clean the fogged lens. The attitude of the Marshall was a disgrace, speaking to a paying customer in the way he did. Towards the end of the day and during one of the last games, opposing team members chose to continue to shoot members on our team when they’d raised their hands and were walking towards the designated ‘safe bases’ a girl raised this with a Marshall and she also raised the fact the opposing team were cheating as they were continuing to try to complete their missions even after being shot when they should have been out. His response was ‘what do you expect?’ ‘What do you want me to do?, I can’t see everything’ Leave the game if you don’t like it’ the girl was visibly upset and was basically belittled in front of strangers. These situations were quite uncomfortable to witness. You shouldn’t treat or speak to people who have paid for a day out in this way!. Educate and explain safety and rules by all means but not with these attitudes!. The day was over by 3PM and all wrapped up. It was supposed to last until 4:30PM according to the original booking. 2 Games before lunch were also rushed because things were running behind according to staff. We then asked a Marshall to book us a taxi into Sheffield Centre so we could get Home as there is no mobile signal out there. Half an hour waiting for it and we were told City Taxis had rang them back and wouldn’t come out without being paid upfront. We’d had more than enough at this point and walked to the Strines pub about 3 quarters of a mile away. They phoned the same City Taxis and they came and got us within 20 minutes!. Overall, although the games themselves were good this was quite an uncomfortable experience because of the feeling of being ripped off at any available opportunity and some of the staffs rotten attitudes as well as faulty equipment. I will be seeking to get a refund for at least the original booking cost paid based on these circumstances as our group do not feel what we paid for was delivered as it should have been and will pursue a chargeback with my credit card company if this is not forthcoming. The first time I have ever felt something was so poor I’ve felt the need to take things this far!. It was on the whole a disappointing day because of avoidable incidents and shameless attempts to cash in. Not at all like we were looking forward to.
Great day out with excellent facilities and amazing, enthusiastic staff!
No complaints. Staff were wonderful, very helpful, co operative and also entertaining. I really didnt have a clue what I was doing but they took over, unloading my gun etc. We had a laugh. Even the girl selling the pizzas and paintballs was so friendly and entertaining. A long full day. Extremely health and safety aware also.
Sterren was amazing and kind and helpful. He made our trip so much fun and safe- well done!
Brilliant day out, upgraded weapons mint grandes even better 👍
Was great it was a hen and stag do
paintballing was live, 5/5
Great game zones and staff, would recommend to everyone
Had a great day for my 11 year old sons birthday party. It was really organised from when we arrived all the way through to the end of the day. The staff were very polite and friendly.
I took my 5 sons not knowing what to expect. It turned out to be a fantastic day out for all of us. We went to the one near Milton Keynes. The staff were brilliant. Will be going again soon.
After a tricky start, in which some of my younger kids in the group struggled (playing against adults they didn't know), the marshalls were really helpful. We paid a little extra for the afternoon sessions and my group were able to play alone. The marshall who led the group in the afternoon was amazing (sorry that I can't remember his name!). As a non-player I was very grateful for the cups of tea that were delivered to me throughout the day (The generator was broken and the usual tea/coffee facilities weren't available). Nothing was too much trouble for the marshalls and everyone had a great day. We will definitely be back!
Kids loved it. Staff were brilliant. Well run. Would recommend
We have been twice and both times everything the website said happened, you cannot ask for better.

Dec 20,2017Honestly nuts. Went here for a mates birthday and can't get over how fun paint balling is. This was my first time and I will be going back for my birthday in May! Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is that it hurt too much (lol jk....)
