Nov 07,2024I purchased a car in August and everything was fine initially. Within a month of purchasing I noticed a warning light. When I contacted Derbyshire elite cars they advised me to visit their approved garages,I called them and they advised they were unable to do a diagnostics for a several weeks. I mentioned this to Derbyshire Elite cars who asked to me visit another garage, I tried calling but could never get an answer and they were closed on weekends so was never able to get in. Eventually I got a diagnostics done and passed this information onto Derbyshire elite cars. They booked the car in and replaced the ad blue. I mentioned that the diagnostics was showing more than just ad blue but my concerns were dismissed. The car was still showing a warning light so I took the car back to the garage who after two days advised that the car needed remedial work totalling over £1400. When I mentioned this to Derbyshire elite cars I was told this was my fault even though in an email from Mark I was told that the AD blue was that low that I would not have been able to replace. However they are refusing to cover the costs and take any responsibility even though I have had the car just over 3 months and the problems started almost instantly. Buying from a dealer I would expect the car to have had checks on the vehicle. Thanks for your response however it is not the truth and you know it. The AD blue was low only a few weeks purchasing the car. As a dealer I’d expect the car to be fully checked which it wasn’t. Even when I voiced my concerns you dismissed them. Your response is untrue I have been in constant finance with you with regards the problems I have been having. Yet you never offered any help. When I got a full diagnostics done you then booked me in but ignored all the warnings I had reported and dismissed my concerns that the car was not right. I’d have hope to have resolved this amicably but I’m now seeking legal advice to get this matter resolved as you have shown no inclination to resolve this amicably.

Oct 13,2024Had been looking at cars for a while but nothing came up local. Went for a few test drives at other car sales but there was always something not quite right. We found what looked like the perfect car on the internet and was shocked to see it was more than local. Called, made an appointment to view and test drive and drove home in it later that day. Fabulous service, very honest and not pushy sales man but then the fab car sold it self. We will definately be back.

The keys to the car were given to us and left to look around on our own with no pressure. After taking for a test drive we went ahead with the paperwork that was done with such ease and no problem at all . We would highly recommend using this dealer Mark was exceptional. Saw the Nissan Note i wanted on their web site,rang & spoke to Ryan,late Sunday afternoon,he helped me through the buying process even after hours & less than 24hrs later it was delivered to my door.couldn't be happier with this company,definitely recommend using them

Aug 26,2023So called up one day got it five days later! Was shown the car via whatsapp as I couldn't go to the showroom. Was shown round the car looked great. Was delivered to me when they said. Only issue was that the car had a nail in the tyre which I then had to go get changed but other than that great! Would recommend Thank you

Jul 27,2022Great service from Ryan throughout from initial phone call to collection of Volvo C30 for my nephew. We travelled from Manchester for a test drive as automatics currently hard to find. A few minor items noted were quickly sorted and we collected the car a week later. This family run business looks after the customer and kept us informed by e mail on progress prior to collection. Good selection of well prepared cars and worth the travel to find a great car. Highly recommended.

Pleasant and easy transaction. There wasn't a second key and weeks after purchase they contacted me to say it had been located and would post this to me, they go over and beyond their duties, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend to anyone.

All cars were under cover in a large, smart showroom, and the friendly staff were happy to chat with us over a coffee, offering advice when asked without pushing. We changed our well loved Astra SE Hatch Automatic for an Astra SRI Estate Automatic, with which we are very pleased. It is smart inside and out and nicely comfortable. Elite offered us a very fair exchange deal, with a three month A1 Gold warranty, which we accepted. Two weeks down the line we couldn't be happier.

I had a look around the Mini Cooper Convertible,which I had seen online,took it for a test drive,& got back to the showroom & paid the asking price. Drove it away about 2 hours later.
