Aug 08,2021I am really happy with the service Derbyshire elite provided. The moment I walked in I was greated by a member of staff who made me feel extremely welcome. I was very indecisive of what type of car I wanted but after speaking to Ryan he pointed me in the right direction. This was the 5th car dealer I went to this week and the only one that seemed to be genuine and not trying to rip you off. I was even able to leave with the car there and then on the day as they provided me with 5 day insurance cover for just £15. I will be coming back before the end of the year to purchase a mini cooper for my Mrs. All in all I'm extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them to anyone

I dealt with Shaun throughout who was helpful, curtious and was able to answer any questions that I had. The car I bought has not missed a beat since I've had it.
