Feb 01,2022Ich hatte 6 Tassen bestellt, davon kamen 3 Stück komplett kaputt an. Außerdem sollten die Tassen laut Beschreibung Matt schwarz sein aber sie waren alle schwarz glänzend. Leider kann man weder telefonisch noch per Mail jemanden erreichen, ich habe es mehrfach versucht. Jetzt habe ich Paypal eingeschaltet und hoffe nun so wieder an mein Geld zu kommen.

Jan 05,2022Je dirais même 0 étoiles. Commande passe en novembre, noté « livraison sous 10 à 15j » parfait c’était pour un cadeau 3 semaines plus tard. J’attend mais toujours rien je l’ai contacté et là ils me disent que le produit n’est pas en stock (et rien n’était notifié …) et qu’il le sera en décembre. J’attend … mi décembre je reçois un mail pour dire que le colis est partie ! Joie je me dis pour noël peut être que je pourrais offrir ce cadeau à mon amie depuis le temps qu’elle attend… et bah non… début janvier toujours rien et le service client me promet toujours monts et merveille que cela sera prit en charge .. en attendant sans l’envoie du colis, l’argent était débité à peine deux jours après ma commande !!! Je trouve ça plus que limite de prendre de l’argent alors que le produit n’était même pas en stock! J’attend toujours de leurs nouvelles ….

Dec 31,2021Paket ging leider bei dhl verloren. Umgang vonseiten dyh war positiv. Nach einiger Zeit, die sie versuchten bei Paketzusteller das Paket wiederzufinden, wurde anstandslos der Artikel erneut versendet. Hat zwar etwas gedauert, aber eine gewisse Zeit sollte und muss auch den Lieferanten zugestanden werden. Von dem her, alles gut und war der Fehler des Zustellers, aber auch das kommt gerade zur Weihnachtszeit vor! Gerne wieder.

Dec 30,2021I ordered product from the Netherlands and was delighted that shipping went really quickly and tracking of delivery visible from beginning to end. Really pleased with the product that wasn’t immediately on stock in the Netherlands, plus the product was discounted in the sale. All and all very pleased how ordering and delivery went. Highly recommend !!

Dec 19,2021We didn’t receive our command, apparently it takes a lot of time!!!??? So we are very worried if it will arrive in time because starting tomorrow we will change address and we don’t know how to proceed. Searched on internet for a telephone number of DHL in France but couldn’t find it. So please help us!!! I can only give you a good rating if I have received my command on my new address. Finally the 29th december we did received our command. Before that Design Your home has contacted us, which was very nice of them. The command was in good order, therefore I changed rating. Although it took more than a month to receive the command.

Feb 06,2022J'ai malheureusement dû renvoyer une de mes assiettes rectangulaires parce que j’avais commandé deux fois la même taille par erreur. Service client très aimable et serviable. Après les avoir contacté, j’ai échangée une des assiette et la nouvelle est arrivée sans problème.
