Sep 20,2021Got an email after ordering saying that the product I ordered can’t be delivered until next month, so I waited because I didn’t need it immediately and I didnt have any problems after that. When the next month came they were able to deliver it and it came in the promised time frame and the Product is just the way I wanted it. Good service for letting me know and great product!

Sep 17,2021Im Gegensatz zu anderen sehr großen Möbelverkäufern, wurde hier die Ware sehr schnell geliefert ohne Monate lang zu warten. Bin super zufrieden mit der Qualität. Würde hier wieder bestellen!

Jul 31,2021I ordered outdoor funiture over 2 weeks ago, it said that the delivery time would be 5-10 days. I got an e-mail from the company telling me that the funiture Will be delivered the coming week. Now the week is over and no funiture has arrived - and it’s over 2 weeks since I ordered them. Mailed the company who told me that the funiture Will come this week (but they haven’t). And, compared to other companies you can’t even follow the order to see what’s going on!!! I really hope they Will arrive this weekend!!

Jul 23,2021Unfortunately item was delayed but what I dont expect is the hassle I received from de delivery company telling me off for living in the 5th floor (with elevator by the way). He informed that it should have been a curb-side delivery ‘only’. I’m sorry, but for a B2C furniture item I expect it to be delivered to my door. I would like DYH to take this into consideration as there is no way I could have dragged the heavy item up without human help or a trolley. And I certainly don’t need telling off as a customer.

Sep 24,2021Ich habe bei DYH bestellt, weil ich ein bestimmtes Regal gesucht habe. Der Kundenservice war in der Beantwortung der Fragen sehr schnell und freundlich. Die angekündigte Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten. Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden und kann den Shop weiterempfehlen 👍🏻❗ Auch der Lieferant Dachser war sehr pünktlich und freundlich. Die Ware ist super verpackt und in einem tadellosen Zustand angekommen.
