Jul 04,2022Not shipping me anything right now. They said they were out of the BD product and I asked for a different brand or a refund. They promised to ship a different brand. It has now been about 7 weeks and they are now not answering and have their phone lines shut off. Before this they were always pretty good except 3 or 4 times in the past 3 years when I had to call because they didn't ship my order on time.

Jun 28,2022I placed an order on June 10, 2022 and it still says processing. Phone is disconnected and emails aren't being answered. My husband is diabetic and we need that order!

Jun 23,2022Still in business? 2022_06_23 – Telephones "out of service". My order from Apr 16, 2022 has not been shipped. About a month ago they answered phone and told me it would ship in a week. Web site still works. My order is listed as "processing".

Jun 19,2022They have decent prices but Dave delayed my last two shipments because they was out of the product so they sent me an off-brand wasn't happy with it and we count one the deliveries so when they delay him a week that really hurts us.

May 06,2020They Often Run out of my Supplies, and it's Not listed on their site, so I order, AND THEN they email me (after 4-5 days ) that they're "Out if Stock"! Happens Every 3rd Month. THIS Month AGAIN.! And it's Not "Hard to Find".! It's "Easy Touch Syringes".!! They NEVER give me a Price adjustment, and NEVER Substitute a Better item (in stock) Either.
