Jul 28,2018This new location is so gorgeous. I have had such great experiences shopping here. They have everything, and if for some reason they don't have it, the oh so helpful and professional staff will special order or tell you where you can find the item you are looking for. I also love that although they carry really beautiful products, they also carry that inexpensive grapefruit knife that gets the job done. And don't forget to bring your knives in for sharpening, I think my knives are sharper than when they were brand new!

Jul 27,2018I love shopping at Didriks. The staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and lovely to deal with. They have some very high end products, but I’ve never felt that they push you to spend more money or lose interest if you are looking for something else. They also keep records of what you buy, so if you are like me, and can’t remember exactly which glass or plate you bought last they can tell you. And they also gift wrap beautifully.

Jul 16,2018Their website was good and easy to use. I also thought they were responsive (I asked a question about where my order was a few days after I submitted it and got a prompt response). My order was shipped out to me in a timely fashion. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of five is because of the following: the item I ordered was a piece of Simon Pearce glassware. While I received the item in good condition, it had a small, but rather obvious, imperfection. The price I paid was for a first-quality item, not second. Not the end of the world, but I suspect that if I had ordered the same item directly from Simon Pearce they would have made sure I didn't receive one with an imperfection.
