Apr 08,2015Didriks is my favorite place to go when looking for beautiful, unique gifts for the home. Just being in this shop, filled from floor to ceiling with its tastefully curated collection of gorgeous pottery dishes, glassware, serving ware, blankets, linens, and other accessories, makes it a joy to shop here. The price range makes it easy to find something for most budgets, and the people who work here are kind and helpful. Just wish the Cambridge shop could get their heating fixed.

Apr 07,2015Lovely things beautifully displayed, and a knowledgeable and pleasant (if slightly slow) staff. They carry such a wide range of things (some of them quite hard to find) that I was surprised when they didn't have any oil misters. I was looking for the one that Cook's Illustrated rates highest (which isn't Misto).

Apr 07,2015I appreciate the lovely and helpful customer service at Didriks. I order bedding and cushions by Libeco online and the shop consultants at Didriks are always ready to help me, offering personal opinions about which colors work together and giving me a better idea of the true colors of an item. And they are usually spot-on! Also they ship promptly and have an effective tracking system online. Kudos to Didriks for being a great resource for beautiful wares and for hiring such caring and high quality people!

Apr 07,2015The best customer service, the best speed (overnight in my case, every order is here the next day!). Packed incredibly well, to the point that I worry about the landfill! Only problem is that Didricks seems to be discontinuing Heath pottery!!

Mar 26,2015I have always appreciated Didrik's prompt attention to my orders and all hav e arrived in a timely fashion. However, I was shopoping in Telluride recently and found the same Jars brand dishware for 20% less thatn Didrik's prices (and they were not on special sale) So, that makes me wonder what kind of markup Didrik's has on their other products!!!

Mar 25,2015Recently, I ordered a Pillivuyt porcelain roasting pan from Didriks and was simply amazed by the care they took in shipping my item. The pan itself was wrapped in several layers of packaging and then surrounded with more layers of protective packaging. Nothing could have damaged that pan during shipping! The price of the pan was also lower at Didriks than it was at another well-known kitchen items retailer. Their customer service has also been wonderful when I called them to ask questions about their items. You will not regret shopping with Didriks!

Mar 24,2015I would work for this company in a heartbeat, if I didn't live on the other side of the country. They give perhaps the best customer service of anyone I have come in contact with, both on the phone, email contact and shipping. My items have always come well-wrapped and in a timely manner. If an item is to be delayed for some reason, Didriks keeps in contact. There are no shipping charges or taxes, and I about as pleased as I can be, time after time.

Mar 24,2015I was excited to find a Finnish towel I had been searching for available at Didriks but unfortunately, the whole process of getting it didn't go well. Apparently the towel came in but was misplaced and every time I called or emailed I got a very different message- sometimes I was told it hadn't arrived from Finland, sometimes it was on it's way and sometimes they just weren't sure. Eventually someone found it and sent it to me but I ordered it in November and it didn't arrive until well after Christmas, in January. However everyone I dealt with there was very friendly and tried to be helpful, it just wasn't a smooth process and I had to follow up several time to get my order.

Apr 08,2015I was seeking a Simon Pearce item for party favors for a women's event. Picked up Didriks on my website - called the main number and was immediately referred to the Newton store. Jackie helped me - gave me advice that the medium size heart paperweights would be the best gift. Since I'd never seen them, I was completely in her hands. On receiving the, I agree that they are a great party favor. Only issue was that I didn't hear from Didriks about completing the order so I called back after a couple of weeks and reached Jonathan. He researched the order and advised on the receipt date of the next day. He was right - they arrived as he predicted and were in perfect condition.
