Jun 23,2018While pricey, quality of work was great, turnaround quick, and service courteous. I had to return one knife that wasn’t sharpened that well and they re-did it without hesitation. I will likely use Didricks/Local Root again.

Jun 23,2018Both stores in Newton Lower Falls and Belmont Center feature excellent customer service and a great variety of cookware and housewares. It's very clean, modern and stylish, but with classic taste. They stock quality items, so expect to pay a quality price, but there are a few items on sale. They also stock great BBQ accessories and supplies, as well as outdoor furniture.

The fragile items arrived well wrapped and in great condition. I placed the order over the phone and the person was very helpful and courteous. Overall a great experience.

Jun 20,2018Stumbled upon Didriks while at the Belmont Town Day event. Some nice people outside at the Didriks booth invited me in. And wow, was I in heaven. Loved all the products and the prices seemed reasonable! Staff was super helpful in answering my questions and presenting me with different options for the things I was looking for. I'll definitely be back.

Jul 14,2018This company takes customer service very seriously - they kept me notified of every step - from order to shipment and I appreciate that. Also, their inventory is unparalleled! I bought a few Garnier-Thiebaut items as a housewarming gift for a close friend and she was delighted with them. I also love the many other items this shop carries - you can get lost looking at everything online and that's a good thing! I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for elegant home items or gifts.
