Jan 11,2019I was surprised and impressed with the variety and quality of their inventory -- a pleasantly browsable and imaginative collection of wares. And I found exactly what I was looking for. They even kindly helped me use my ApplePay app for the first time. A definite enhancement to the neighborhood shopping area and I'll shop there again for sure.

Don't know why that it--store staff is very helpful and cordial but doesn't seem like place to really browse about or stop into. I had shopped in Cambridge Didriks and found that was somewhat better displayed and interesting--Roots less so, but still a bit better than this store. Maybe too "designed?"

Jan 09,2019Didriks helped me fill in my Sabre silverware I bought in Paris 10 years ago. They are efficient and reasonably priced. Megan Day answered my questions, organized my order AND helped add a steak knife to my order. I recommend them highly and I am pleased with my Sabre silverware.

Jan 09,2019I was looking for the Simon Pearse Vermont evergreen ornament to no avail. It was for a close friend and was on her wish list. I could not believe that Didriks had it. The customer service rep. was so helpful. I received the pkg in TWO days. Thank you so much Didriks. This was my first purchase and definitely will not be the last.

Jan 09,2019Didriks has an excellent catalogue with very good price points for the high quality of merchandise they offer. They also have an active customer service department that provides status updates on your order. However, the rating of 4 stars I provided was due to lack of response from this very same customer service department when replying to their email. Additionally, Didriks proactively reached out and notified me that the item i ordered was on back-order and offered additional options, which i declined, but I was appreciative of the update. However, when the item was fulfilled, it lacked the gift wrapping i requested as well as the "Merry Christmas" greeting on a card they offered as part of the order. My order was merely delivered, albeit safely, wrapped without containing any acknowledgement from me as it should have been. In closing, I will say that I would certainly use patronize Didriks and order from them again without hesitation as their prices, quality and eventual delivery outweighed the service glitches which I attribute to normal holiday season challenges.

Jan 09,2019The store did not have much to choose from but I like the pot I bought. They ordered it and emailed me when they got it in. It was bigger than I wanted but I settled. I asked them to tell me when another item came in but that was a month ago and I still haven’t heard. I guess when it’s not expensive they don’t bother about keeping customers. I wouldn’t go back.
