May 27,2023DDS technical was very helpful in advising the replacement DVR, delivery was prompt, and as there were no installation instructions (hence loss of one star), DDR technical were very helpful with the installation over the phone and then with the (Chinese) software onto the computer.

May 26,2023I have used DDS now three times now and have always find them extremely efficient in sales and the quality and price is always great. I first used DDS following a recommendation from a pal of mine. However, the main reason I have been a repeat customer is the OUTSTANDING after sales. Matt helped me on first two installs and on my most recent purchase I had some issues when setting up and Edward was very supportive and patient and after a live session he got my system working as it should and also got the app working so I can see my system anywhere in the world and even saved the link in my bookmarks for me. Top company....Highly recommended.

Apr 19,2023Had a chat with their pre-sales people first of all so we could figure out which unit would be the best fit for me. Ordered and it arrived well packed the next day. Got it basically working but I was having problems with some of the POE IP cameras which were from the previous installation. Spoke to their technical support people who sorted it out for me; it's easy once you know how. Had one other question a few days later and again their helpful tech support people pointed me in the right direction. All in all, a brilliant service.
