I ordered a camera late in the day but it still arrived the following day, very well packed in box which was also wrapped in bubble wrap. I had a problem with the camera settings which was resolved by a call to the customer service team. It was a very short call, they knew their product and explained the solution in clear non technical terms. Very impressed and will be using them again as I upgrade my system, highly recommended

I bought my system a couple of years ago and with their advice on the phone I had my system up and running in a very short time. If I have any problems they are quick to sort them out . Recently I had a problem of my own making and with their help it was quickly resolved. Equipment is delivered usually the next day . I would definitely use this company again and would recommend .

Bought a new DVR to replace a broken one I had so needed to support both some older cameras and a couple of higher definition cameras. The box works well and the interface is easy to use. Ordering was simple and delivered next working day. Will definately use the company again (will need to replace some of the older cameras)

DDS website is very easy to navigate to find all you need, complete system packages are very fairly priced, it is easy to find exactly what you require. Everything is detailed in its description. Invoicing, packing and despatching is very quick, emails and messages tracking delivery are prompt and very professional. The staff are excellent to speak to and nothing is any trouble for them, calls are returned very promptly. I've had no problems installing a 7 camera system myself, all instructions provided (PDF) are clear and easy to follow.
