This company has been very patient, they have answered every question I've chucked at them. they've put together a cctv system for all my needs. Emily was grate! very helpfull. I will be giving a 5 stare rating when I get my order and it's up and running... thanks again

Spoke to DDS regarding loss of picture from my 4 CCTV cameras. They diagnosed correctly that i had a power supply fault, and I purchased a power supply on that day and was received the next day. After reconnecting the new power supply the camera issue was solved. The Staff were here helpful, courteous and efficient.

Hayden from DDS provided some excellent advice for a veery odd request we had (to add a camera on the sife an old flying boat hanger and the signal back to a tower about 300M via RF),. We'll need more cameras in few months time so will dealing with DDS again!

My elderly Mother had been burgled 3 times. This company sourced sent and then helped her install a security camera system in her home which enabled the police to catch and then prosecute the people who were repeated breaking in to her and other locally properties. Digital Direct Security were very helpful with a small problem I had with my DVR while I was setting it up. The product was fine and I would recommend looking at their product line if you are buying CCTV equipment. The DVR was despatched when ordered and I received it the following day at the time stated in a communication from the delivery courier. Many thanks DDS

I called DDS for advice about a job I was doing for a client. The chap (sorry I don't remember his name) gave me fabulous advice, led me through their website whilst on the phone and I purchased the requisite items. The parcel arrived the next day and was packaged absolutely superbly! Fitted the system today and all works perfectly. A huge thank you to DDS for their excellent service. I'll definitely use them again.
