Nov 09,2022Not so good with this order, I'm afraid. Was sent 6 boxes of items, one of which was wrong. Response to my email has been fast, & I've been asked to send back the wrong box (no appology for sending the wrong item error no.2) & put a label on it....except the label was not attached to the email (error no.3). Had to email back to before the label was emailed to me, & got a sorry for it not being attached to the earlier email. on the plus side, my emails have been responded to fast, the return shipping has been organised by Digital Motorsport (& presumably paid for), and they have sent out the correct box immediately. So they have been pretty good at fixing the problem (so far)....it's just that the error should not have happened in the first place, & when it did, an appology would have gone along way.

Nov 08,2022my tr120 arrived in uk without a mark - I’d happily order again. Only 4 stars as I wasn’t able to order the tr one flat wheel mount and no pedal plate options. My only option (recommended b digital) is to drill my pedal plate to attach my pedals, hence eliminating the warranty. Unfortunately just two small chips on the wheel mount but Ronan assures me a replacement will be supplied. Despite this I am happy it is a fast service, with good Customer service, and every question has been met with a pleasing reply. I 100% recommend Digital Motorsports.

Nov 06,2022I really trust this store so for my next upgrade I bought a NLR Motion platform v3, it was on preorder expected to ship in about a month; however, it took 2 months to ship, I wish they would have send me an email informing the delays, I would have understand. Eventually, the product arrived and it was amazing, like always their worldwide shipping is amazing and at a reasonable price.

Nov 02,2022Expected dispatch date: 14th october Dispatched email: 27th october Really dispatched: 1st november I literally had to reach out to them to have informations. It is not because this is not a 10k€+ order that you don’t have to warn your customers about a delay. The product is great overall, prices are below market but customer experience is somewhat catastrophic. You are not suppose to reach out to have informations about your order, especially if there is a delay
