Dec 09,2022I have received my sim rig bundle but have not assembled it yet due to time constraints. My complaint as a novice is that I was NEVER able to reach anyone during the buying process to ask some simple questions. Phone numbers did not work or, when they did, voicemails were not returned. Emails were never answered. This leads me to have great concerns, as a user, about customer support. We shall see.

Sa praćenjem pošiljke sve bilo odlično bez ikakvih problema. U Hrvatskoj je dostavna služba bila Overseas Express. Svih 6 paketa unatoč težini došlo neoštećeno. Brzi i efikasni

Nov 23,2022Normally, I'm hesitant to order anything from outside of the US as shipping can be such a nightmare among other things, but Digital Motorsport has been excellent to work with across multiple orders. The shipping exceeds expectations and everything arrives in perfect condition every time. It's typically difficult to get Simlab components over here, but Digital Motorsport makes it easy to find exactly what I need and get it quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone on the fence. Digital Motorsports is always my first stop when I'm looking for upgrades.

Was vital in helping me obtain my pedals when DHL sent it to the wrong address (although it wasn’t either DM or DHL’s fault) and we’re perfectly fine messaging asap when I updated them on the situation. Genuinely industry-leading and an exemplar in customer service, and not to mention the pedals came to me in pristine condition. Must also mention their prices; of which are decent and fair. Overall, a stellar experience and I will be back to buy a new rim for my upgraded sim rig! -Callum

Nov 18,2022The thing is when I put the steering wheel to the podium there appears to have problem. The shifters, buttons and arrow keys disappeared most of the time. Kinda disappointed. I have formula V2 and theres no problem with it. So I know that the Mclaren GT3 V2 has a problem.
