Jan 01,2023Digital motorsports are good when they get it right but have gotten it wrong more than they have right for me. My first order was was for a sim rig, it took 4 days for them to email me to tell me it was out of stock. It was something I required quickly so this was not satisfactory, and it may have taken longer if I hadn't emailed them first. I then ordered a more expensive rig, cancelled the first order and this was delivered promptly as expected. I did have another order that went well. Then my latest order for a wheel & quick release, the wheel was delivered next day and then the quick release hasn't even been handed over to DHL according to them. Seems to be pot luck but the prices are good and delivery is prompt when everything goes smooth.

Dec 31,2022UPDATE: After posting this review I was contacted by the owner who went out of his way to try to make the whole situation better. He was sympathetic to the situation and threw in some extra stuff to make it right. He shipped out the missing parts and issued the refund on DHL in advance, which was something DHL was already going to do on their own per my own conversations with them, so this was not really something they did. The wheels they shipped still do not fit, but I did not have the energy to pursue this anymore. Overall, I would say the owner takes pride in the company and did what was necessary to make it right. I would still caution anyone in Canada that DHL is highly unpredictable in their deliveries. If it's a rush or time critical, do not trust DHL will deliver on time. Upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 Ronen's response is a bit of revisionist history, as I was not told about any delays until I emailed them twice and it was the shifter, not the wheelbase you told me was not in stock, despite it saying otherwise on the website when I ordered, as I already mentioned in this review. The issue was not with Canada Customs (CBSA) but rather DHL who misfiled the paperwork and totally lost track of the order and no one from DM followed up. I had to do all the legwork. === Where do I even begin. I purchased over 4000 EUR of sim gear and it took them 2 weeks before they even shipped it. All items were indicated as in stock. Granted it was after a Black Friday sale but 2 weeks to ship is a bit much. Especially given I twice emailed them expressing the urgency of this arriving before Xmas. It did not! Then the nightmare with DHL begins. The package shipped on Dec 9 but took until Dec 30 before I was able to pick it up. Over 5 hours on the phone with DHL, CBSA to figure out why. No one has a clue. I had to speak to the CBSA superintendent in Calgary and the DHL senior brokerage manager to even get as far as I did. In the end I had to drive down to the airport and self-clear the package and pick it up myself. Despite paying over $800 in shipping fees for 2-4 day international delivery. Then we finally get it home and find the monitor stand is missing, the seat rails are so poorly made they won’t fit the seat or even slide properly, they shipped the Simucube without a power supply and the casters won’t fit the rig with the mounting feet. I had the full order reviewed by their staff to ensure everything was compatible. If you live in Canada think twice about using this company. I should not have had to be the one to chase this all down. Has been nothing but a nightmare from the start.
